Hotel has good location. Breakfast is decent except for the cinnamon rolls, they are delicious! Room size is acceptable. The young woman at the the time I checked in (forgot her name) was very pleasant & helpful in providing IHG Rewards Dept phone number when I informed her of the problem I had trying to make online reservation. The system would not let me make a 3 night reservation. Very frustrating! I had to resort to another method for making the reservation.

The pool area needs landscaping and the old chaise lounge chairs need to be replaced. Many are torn & very thin, frayed material. It’s a hazard to sit in them. The IHG Rewards dept. representative was condescending & reluctant to credit my account with the appropriate points I was entitled to.

The price was high for a big event week, but then so is every other hotel in town. Quiet, clean, perfectly nice facilities, like weight room, if not top tier. Same on the free breakfast... twelve choices, many beverages, not that great tasting, but sufficient to fuel your day. Convenient location. There's a grocery store and a couple of restaurants right across the street. Was worried about the wording here regarding parking, but there was plenty despite the hotel being entirely booked.

This is fantastic for a two star hotel. Very clean, well situated and good breakfast and pool. Kind staff and if you have a room looking towards the front of the hotel, beautiful view of the mountains! Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the Palm Desert area. Also walkable distance to the grocery store.

Ice machine was broken by my room so there was a bit of a smell in the hallway but other than that everything was fantastic.

need a little care the toilet broke during the stay (fixed fast) and the shower head need replacment

You booked us at the wrong property. There had been NO POWER for three days.

One of my favorite things about this hotel was the view! I stayed on the 3rd floor! The beds were also super comfortable. We checked out the jacuzzi, pool and gym area and they were all amazing.

It did have a certain smell when walking into the rooms and in the hallways on the third floor.

The location was good: It was clean. Breakfast was good. the staff was friendly. The pool was great, the temperature was refreshing but not cold, and it was easy to get in. It had a spa. It's an older property, but well taken care of .

The location was convenient for my small family and the hotel was easy to find. Great pool and facilities for family activities with the kids during down time at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, good variety of food. The price for the accommodation was great when you take into consideration the above.

Room and bathroom a bit outdated, but that’s nit picking.

Great location. Grocery store right across the road was very handy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Has a good breakfast menu.

Doesn’t have airport shuttle service.

Easy access, large clean room, clean bathroom. 5 minutes from I-10. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

Elevator button for 3rd floor didn't work. Just walked the stairs after I figured that out.
