I liked that there was laundry onsite even though half of the dryers were out of order and I had to Apple Pay to use them because the front desk didn’t have quarters, I like that there was a full size refrigerator and a stove top so that I could cook instead of going out.

The laundry machines could have worked and I wish the front desk would’ve had quarters because I really didn’t like Apple Paying to do laundry

Is closer to my job the prices little too high they should have a better discount if you going to stay monthly

Refrigerator is not keeping my food cold went to the office they were supposed to send a maintenance guy there he never showed up

I like that it was an easy access to the freeway and I was by all the major restaurants in the mall

The only thing I didn't like is that he wasn't allowed to smoke in the room

Location and Room amenities.

It was a Smelly room and no room service for cleaning it, cleaner bathroom needed. But, it was okay overall. I will return for another stay.

It’s a convenient location it has a kitchen and the staff is great

There is nothing I really don’t like other than how prices changing from day to day . And the rewards I don’t see

Proximity to Sutter Medical Center. The price was right. And the kitchenette was a nice feature I hadn't expected.

The AC unit was a bit loud, but it worked well. The placement of the TV made it hard to watch in bed. Picky I know, but you asked.

We were able to check in an hour early which was nice and helpful for us. The room was clean and the availability to store food items and etc.

The room smelt like smoke when we asked for a non-smoking room but we were able to air out the room.

Good value. Had an event a 1 min drive away at the Hilton. Parking lot was sketchy. Glad my car was safe overnight.

Everything was great

what did not like was that the people above me , it sounded like they were stomping their feet when they were walking . It seemed like they were walking back and forth , it was like they were pacing . from that I had gotten a really bad headache

Room was clean and well kept. Only problem is really the location. Kind of a shady area. Overall great price, great service, and cleanliness were the highlights.
