We had an amazing experience booking here for a girls' night. They allowed us to check in significantly early, and our room was incredible. The decor and historic touches in the hotel rooms were delightful. Next door, the bar had a great brunch and happy hour menu with wonderful friendly staff. We will certainly be back!

Bathrooms downstairs in the lobby and restaurant are down steep stairs and very secluded. Did not feel safe going alone as a female. No on-site parking. Valet is expensive, and the only other option is a city garage with no security.

Really lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. And exceptional customer service. We stayed unexpectedly and had nothing and the person who checked us in gave us toothbrushes, tooth paste, lotion, deodorant, Almost everything we needed.

The only thing we didn't like was it was a little noisy from all the muscle cars cruising below. The noise stopped right at 1:30 AM though so there must be a sound ordinance. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The Grange restaurant/bar staff were beyond amazing, very social and engaging, responsive and accommodating to our special diet needs and questions about the food and Sacramento area in general. The valet team was also quick, responsive and easily accessible by text when we needed our car. Noted: Exceptionally clean and quiet. A beautiful hotel within walking distance to the state capitol.

I loved that they have a restaurant on premises and great service. They have incredible staff in the restaurant and at the bar. I’m pregnant and they recommended mocktails and were amazing.

Someone in our floor was smoking however the staff was so quick to react they sprayed the floor down and offered a new room to us with food credits (10usd for each of us- I travelled with my husband). Nothing they could’ve done to prevent it.

Service was incredible from the valet to the restaurant and the front desk staff! They really make you feel cared for. Came for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us upgrades and a gift card for food/drinks. Just a wonderful place to stay for special occasions or even a staycation!

Not much! There were flies in the lobby but it’s Sacramento and that’s not something that’s that controllable. Also at night can be a little sketchy in the area but that’s certainly not the hotel’s fault by any means. We will definitely stay again!

The welcome from the staff was incredible. They were so kind and friendly and treated us like royalty! Cannot say enough good things about them. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. Shower was wonderful - hot, hot water with lots of pressure. The gym was quite large and well kitted out. Also, the location was brilliant within an easy walk of the Old Town and Downtown Sacramento.

I wish they had double glazing just to keep out the noise from the street below. On a Saturday night, the movies in the park can be heard which is a bit of a problem. Thankfully it didn’t go on too late.

Friendly and helpful staff valet is great as well as room service. Awesome location with great view of capital building. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants such as ella.

The shower head was crazy wide spray, its a nice shower but the wild water made it a disappointment. My girl wasn't super hungry so for room service she ordered and kids burger, I got the full. Her burger was the same as mine in size it just didn't have the vegetables, just basic plane. The food was delicious, just portion size on the kids menu is huge.

The room service was excellent but the phone line was busy for a while. We ended up calling guest services to order. The food was delicious and the food service was quick.

There really wasn’t much to improve upon. We did notice that there was a bit of pet food stuck between the carpets and the baseboards behind an ottoman but that’s not really a big deal. Every thing was great.

My wife and I loved our suite. The bathtub was very spacious! We felt like we were in a spa jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable and best believe we slept like a baby. The room service was top tier and we were met with great customer service throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

The historic building is beautiful! I loved all of the incredible architectural features, from the letterbox in the lobby to the gorgeous ceilings.

Some of the spaces were not as clean as I would have expected. Also, while the bathroom was quite spacious, the deluxe king room was on the small side.
