I have stayed here several times when I visit Washington DC, it is away from the busy areas and easy to get to via the Metro and a bus. There were several nearby restaurants and a CVS drug store and the bus stop was right across the street. I liked that there was a safe and s laundry area with newer washers and dryers paid with a credit or debit card.

The receptionist was not helpful. Usually they point out where the room is located and how to get there. I asked and she just pointed to a map on the counter. Look for yourself.

For the money, this was an excellent hotel. The staff was especially friendly and helpful (maids Ana and Angelina a delight), I liked the trees all around and shady parking. The bed was very comfortable and water was hot. I appreciated the security guard walking around outside all the time.

My room faced the interior stairs so was not private to open my curtains and noisy at night when people came out to talk on their phones and smoke.

Location, cleanliness, tidy beds, safe environment; room smells good and it was smoke free room, easy to locate, within commuting distance with the metro system in a Rockville, MD; quiet neighborhood with good eats across the street and on the same side within walking distance of red roof inn; complimentary bottled water on checkin

The receptionist was excellent in welcoming and handling the check in. Her name is Noel. She took the time to acknowledge me and made the process so smooth. She also had some great suggestions about food in the area.

Everything about the stay here was more than PERFECT. I felt like the staff really looked after my best interests the entire time. The room was beautiful and set up very well for office work and rest!

Staff is great: Helpful and friendly. Location, location, location. One of two beds was very comfortable.

One of two beds was too soft. Upon arrival, microwave glass turntable was missing, refrigerator shelves were installed backwards so door didn’t shut, and TV didn’t work.

Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly.

Room was not the cleanest. The room was all the way in the back of the motel property.

Loved the floors so clean, easy access to my room. Great water pressure with tons of hot water. No issues.

No complaints or issues with anything.loved our stay while visiting grandchildren.
