Great location, especially like proximity to Plum Market. Nice room, quiet, mostly dark (light creeps thorough above curtain). The bed and pillows were very comfy. I miss small refrigerator and microwave that other hotels have but was not willing to pay so much more just to have those amenities for this trip. AA hotels take FULL advantage of those coming for UofM graduations!! Overall, a nice experience.

As mentioned, a small refrigerator and microwave are nice for stays longer than one day.

It’s close to the expressway was concerned because there were some long timers that stay there that were hanging over the reeling when we arrived. Made me concerned about my safety, but was reassured by staff that they have not had any problems.

The hairdryer in the sink area was coming off the wall. The top spread on the bed had stains on it that they tried to wipe off with an septic, and the manager came and changed it. The tub looks like it needed to be replaced or have the drains fixed in it Because there were parts out of it.

I stayed over 2 1/2 weeks. My rate kept going up! I had a room with no microwave or refrigerator...I looked online and saw a $4.00 difference...why was this never offered to me? The maintenance gentleman was fabulous! He helped me, and was ALWAYS smiling, get my cat out from under the bed. He was such a cheery soul to see everyday.

Most people were superficial...except John. He was fabulous!!!

The area was beautifully kept with lawns and flowers outside. A special area for dogs with a cleaning station. There was a very good small supermarket plus a bakery right next to us. The room was very clean and comfortable. The guy at reception very welcoming and professional

The location is what exceeded my expectations after having stopped in various Red Roof hotels along my road-trip, prior to this one. The huge grass area around the hotel was appreciated since I had pets: not your usual gas station landscape of nowhere zones but instead an organic grocery store and a Panera soon to open! It felt safe and I did walk at night quite a bit just to walk the pooches. My room was clean, functional, spacious, well designed. I didn't hear traffic or neighbors at night. The cleaning person came right before and after I left and was pleasant. The reception person was exceptionally attentive, etc. Wait for it: there was a complimentary breakfast to go. When you are driving somewhere else, this was appreciated (bars, yogurt, and drink) Happy customer here.

I did see some people living in the hotel long term though, and that´s always dicey as people tend to be louder. yet, asI said above, I didn´t hear anything at night.

Bed was more comfortable than some other Red Roof's that we have stayed at. Great "yard" for walking the dog.

I had booked using a 3rd party and the check-in agent double charged me even though I told him that the 3rd party already charged my credit card. The check-out agent rectified this error with apologies.

There is no breakfast but you have a good access to Panera Bread just next door. The parking is great and is easy reachable. Kind of safe and okay place.

A bit stinky room, the pillows were not very comfortable but still okay.

Location was decent. The employee Matt was extremely helpful. There was an issue with my booking.com reservation and he attempted to call them to fix it. The lady on the phone from booking was rude and unhelpful. Matt kept his composure and was very polite and professional. He went ahead and checked me in anyway.

Safe location with very quick access to downtown. Super friendly staff and comfortable bed. I was moving and had my car packed FULL and I always like when I can park directly in front of my room. The area felt safe and being right next to a grocery store (Plum Market) was a bonus!

This hotel is very expensive for what it is, basically a motel. It does appear they are upgrading though. The room was clean and comfortable and near transportation to the stadium, which is the reason why you are paying so much. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful. There is a nice fire outside to hang out by.

Not unexpectedly, a lot of late night revelers the night before the game.
