Cleaniness, comfortable and affordable. My suite room was very spacious.

Upon arriving, as a late check-in customer, i was told to call the hotel and make arrangements, i did. The staff working the front desk upon my arrival was not aware. Also, she was very unprofessional and rude. Me and my family waited 15 minutes before she service us because her phone alarm went off and she then answered the front desk phone. It appears she was waking up from her nap. Mananger was notified and she didn't seem surprise of her staff work ethic. Families goes on vacations and should not have to experience this types of experiences.

It was quite, an relaxing, me an my Mom was very tired from our trip an we had an nice time when we got to our room to relax. The staff was very helpful also. My Mom is 75 an I have a broken arm so one of the lady's at the front desk helped us to our room, we was only on the 1st floor that was a blessing. Thank You.

The only thing my Mom found was mold in the desk chair on the arms an she told the lady's an she came an took care of it right away an that is when we was checking out. An someone in another room was smoking weed an my Mom hates it. It gives her an bad headache. But we didn't say nothing. You know a lot of people do it. An maybe they had there card so it is what it is.

The receptionist Friday night was very chipper and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and spacious. The towels were of good quality. The shower worked well. The bed was big. A very good value. It was the best priced hotel so I was a bit worried, but overall all went well.

Walls are maybe a bit thin, had to listen to someone snoring in the room next door once. One elevator and a bit of a wait. The breakfast was standard free breakfast fare, meaning nothing nutritious except an orange.

The breakfast was perfect, the beds were comfy and clean. But the staff!! They were so amazing that I can’t put into words. Sydney and Angelica were literal angels and we felt like family to them during my short stay. Ms. Shawn in housekeeping was even outstanding. So hospitable and helpful. I appreciate you ladies more than you know and you made a difficult personal time for our family feel easier. We felt safe and happy every turn we took. On top of that the room, laundry, and even parking was perfect. We couldn’t have met such wonderful people at such a perfect time. Thank you, thank you ladies!

Very nice rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was scrabbled eggs and sausage for the hot side.

Shower stall sprayed water onto bathroom floor. Not bad but make sure you have the bathmat down and you will need to dry the floor when you are done. Hard to get to if you follow directions because everyone is using that turn lane to go to restaurants etc. near hotel. Use the second turn lane after the stop light onto Gateway as opposed to the first.

The cleanliness and convenience to shopping centers and restaurants.

I message the property about checking in early and received a response that was not related to my message. I got to the property an hour early the front desk clerk checked me in but told me I could not check in but she would give me a call when the room was available. I never received a call and the couple in front of me was allowed to check in early.

Clean room and bathroom. Bed and pillows were nice and soft.

The king bed room had only one lamp bedside the other bedside table had no lamp. No charging outlet for our cell phones. Shower curtain was too short by 2 or 3 inches and water got out on the entire bathroom floor. Very hot in breakfast room.

the room was clean, tv worked, bed was comfortable, and i liked the soap/shampoo/lotion provided. there was plenty of towels and the walk-in shower was nice.

I didn’t like not being able to park near my room…all other entry/exit doors were marked “do not use” so you could only enter/exit through the front of the hotel when my room was located at the back by the pool when there was an exit door right beside my room.

The location is great. Very close to the huge Concord Mills Mall and lots of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Ample parking. We didn't use the pool but it appeared clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much to dislike. The water pressure in the shower was just okay but this is extremely common in large hotels.

Staff was very nice. Greeted me soon as I walked in. upon checking out, I promptly attended to at the desk. My room was clean and tidy. Over all, a good stay. I would recommend the Sleep Inn & Suites.

I was surprised there were no plastic shower caps for the shower. Hard to use the card key to enter my room. Also, just a very very slight oder in the hallway. That could be caused from the rain, and people tracking in and out with wet shoes.
