The breakfast was perfect, the beds were comfy and clean. But the staff!! They were so amazing that I can’t put into words. Sydney and Angelica were literal angels and we felt like family to them during my short stay. Ms. Shawn in housekeeping was even outstanding. So hospitable and helpful. I appreciate you ladies more than you know and you made a difficult personal time for our family feel easier. We felt safe and happy every turn we took. On top of that the room, laundry, and even parking was perfect. We couldn’t have met such wonderful people at such a perfect time. Thank you, thank you ladies!

Very nice rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was scrabbled eggs and sausage for the hot side.

Shower stall sprayed water onto bathroom floor. Not bad but make sure you have the bathmat down and you will need to dry the floor when you are done. Hard to get to if you follow directions because everyone is using that turn lane to go to restaurants etc. near hotel. Use the second turn lane after the stop light onto Gateway as opposed to the first.

the room was clean, tv worked, bed was comfortable, and i liked the soap/shampoo/lotion provided. there was plenty of towels and the walk-in shower was nice.

I didn’t like not being able to park near my room…all other entry/exit doors were marked “do not use” so you could only enter/exit through the front of the hotel when my room was located at the back by the pool when there was an exit door right beside my room.

Staff was very nice. Greeted me soon as I walked in. upon checking out, I promptly attended to at the desk. My room was clean and tidy. Over all, a good stay. I would recommend the Sleep Inn & Suites.

I was surprised there were no plastic shower caps for the shower. Hard to use the card key to enter my room. Also, just a very very slight oder in the hallway. That could be caused from the rain, and people tracking in and out with wet shoes.

This might be the nicest Sleep Inn in which I've stayed. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Even though I traveled alone, I like that the bathrooms have actual doors rather than pocket ones (like the last Sleep In I visited). Very friendly staff and prime location off the interstate with lots of eateries around.

As with any other Sleep Inn, I think there could be more breakfast offerings, especially healthier cereals, breads, and fresh fruit.

A good location and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Plentyof good restaurants and attractions, including Concord Mills Mall and Charlotte Motor Speedway, are nearby.

The Sleep Inn backs up to I-85 and you can hear truck traffic all night. Also tiny trash cans and no recycling are not ideal. It would have been okay but there was no housekeeping coming to the room.

Front desk was awesome. Only have 1 complaint and it was housekeeping knocking loudly on.our door to clean room before 10. Woke us up but told front desk they had same complaint day before and trying to address. Other than that it was great and we had planned to check out by 11 and did so. Breakfast was awesome. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely will stay again if needed in future.

The staff was very friendly and nice. They remembered my face and asked about my daughter when she didn't come down for breakfast

One of the beds had hair on the sheets when we checked in. The toilet seat was dirty or stained so we had to put toilet paper down to use it. The sinks hot water had to be turned off just right or it would keep running bc it didn't stop either way you turned it

The room was a nice size. It was in a great location. The room was clean.

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. There were maybe 4 small pillows on the bed. The lighting over the sink could have been a bit brighter, had trouble seeing trying to get ready. The shower was small, but it was clean. Overall a good stay, just little minor things.

Staff was so nice, it was quiet despite the majority of the people staying were attending an EDM festival this weekend. It was so close to the motor speedway and there were so many dining options within walking distance. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable.Also the pool was chill!

My one critique would have to be the lighting in the room was dim when trying to get ready to go out but other then that no complaints.
