Nice, large room (we booked an Executive King) it was great to have the couch for visitors. Loved having access to Netflix and Disney as well as live tv. Bathroom was very clean, good sized and we were given ample towels, good water pressure in the shower. Bed was clean and comfortable. The pool is heated and was a great way to relax after a long day. The property is off the main road but convenient to many restaurants and great shops!

There is no soda machine or any vending and I had to pay $4.50 PER soda for drinks. We could hear all the other guests in the halls and above us, kind of loud until 9PM then it quieted down.

Bed was fine, one breakfast was fine.

Did not have additional TP in room had to ask for it. No glasses in room. Shower handle was an absolute joke completely needs to be repaired just kept going round and round. TV goes without saying absolutely nothing interesting to watch. Breakfast on our second morning was zero, no eggs, no bacon, not a good start to a long day. Realize it was employee born as poor woman was running from front desk to kitchen, not her fault. However, we left starving and had to try and find sustenance elsewhere and still get to graduation at a decent time.

The staff were very nice and respectful. The place was clean. The access to the room was easy. There are no issues and the breakfast in the morning.Was it pretty good. AC was great, and it kept the room nice and cool. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The blackout curtains didn't fully cover the windows. It covered a wall that didn't need it. Then there was the bathroom sliding door. There was no finger hole to pull from the inside of the bathroom to open it. But there was on the outside.

Everything, clean, easy to check on, breakfast was great

Pool, kids were mostly unsupervised even though there were adults there. Older kids jumping off the side of the pool over littler kids' heads. Water was a bit too cool for my 2 year old granddaughter. I wasn't the only one that left the pool due to these issues.

The stay was fine room wasn’t ready at check in. Breakfast was fine but very limited because the pga was in town and the vendors were serving them according to staff

I checked out a day early.By thetime the counter person got to check me out because she was checking other people in it was 3:10 she said the computer wouldn’t let her check me out till the next day so I wouldn’t get a credit she said there was no staff there to clean the room which made no sense to me because if it was done 15 minutes earlier it would not have been a problem

Check in staff was very helpful. Hotel was quiet and everything we needed for a few night’s stay.

The chaise chair in our room was covered in hair, clearly had not been cleaned. There was also an old bag of opened food in the desk drawer. We had to be relocated to the first floor (not the staff’s fault, they helped remedy the best they could) so our view was unfortunately just a bunch of POD storage units directly out of our window.

Breakfast was fast and good...the well-cooked bacon was delicious, was much better then the soft bacon. All of the front desk attendants were fantastic. The pull out couch bed in my king room where my grandson slept was terrible...not suited for a grown person.

As mentioned above, the pull out couch bed was not suited for a grown person...very uncomfortable (I tired it to verify it was my gown grandson told me and he was right.

Clean and comfortable in perfect location for our needs.

Someone running a tractor in parking lot at 2am. Went to front desk and they didn't care. Said it wasn't them doing snow removal and they didn't know who it was.

I have stayed here numerous times. I like the location, to me it is essential. Closed to the mall, restaurant, and family members. I also like that it is in a very quiet area. The customer service is outstanding from the front desk to the lady in the breakfast area.

Your staff was very helpful in dealing with issues regarding reservation and TV not working.

There was much confusion regarding the reservation. Our original reservation was made through booking.com. We tried to modify to come a day early. Was told it could not be done, then they could do it. Confusing. TV did not work in room so they gave us another room. Due to separate reservations, they locked us out of both rooms which took 45 minutes to straighten out. Everything was fine from then on.
