The staff was so kind and very informative! Our room was the perfect size for what we needed and was very clean. The hotel is also next door to a large 24 hour gas station, so if you end up needing snacks or drinks, it's a super quick drive. Finally, the double locks on the doors helped us feel super safe during our stay.

Our room was very clean, but we did find a couple of hairs that weren't ours in the towels they provided. When we explained the issue, they were very understanding and provided us with the new ones pretty quickly. Otherwise, as said, our stay was awesome!

Everything was great until water started leaking from upstairs to my room downstairs

What I liked about it it had a jacuzzi in there it was clean it was comfortable just did not have no TV stations but other than that I will go back again

The management was transitioning, but more than willing to be helpful. Exceptionally clean. Bare minimum was what I looked for at a very low cost, and that is what was accomplished. Area seemed safe and easy access. Overall very satisfied and would stay there again.

All of the staff was very friendly, easy access, nice and quiet, infinitely friendly, and everything was nice and clean. I would come here again.

They advertise the pool,when I got there it was closed due to a horrible accident, which I can only imagine what happened. I was looking forward to it.

We were here to visit family and this motel is very convenient for that, it's also close to several restaurants and grocery store.

When we arrived, our room smelled like dog urine and I wasn't sure if the room just hadn't been cleaned well or, being on the ground floor was it in the AC unit and dogs had just peed on it and the smell was coming from that. We had them come in and they cleaned the floor again and about 30 minutes later the smell was back so we got some fabreze and sprayed the AC unit inside and out and that seemed to help.

I like this location because it's nice and quiet I am able to relax and not be bothered .there's no children or babies screaming,people arguing or running down the hallway. ++

I like that it is located conveniently near multiple shops that are walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Some of the hotel guests are a bit loud.

The last time I was there they had microwaves in each room. It is a disadvantage, for the people who have food to warm up and must leave the comfort of there rooms jus to warm food up. Why was this done.

For being right on the outskirts of Cleveland it was a nice quiet place to stay and convenient to the places we were visiting.
