Yes, it's expensive, but you are paying for an excellent location with spectacular views of Reedy Falls. If you want quick access to Liberty Bridge, Swamp Rabbit Trail & all the amazing restaurants & shops on Main Street, then stay here! Rooms are somewhat simple, but the beds are very comfortable & the views of the falls are gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful & we had a delicious brunch at Between the Trees. The gym was also nice with great views & access to waters & towels.

For the price, we wish there were more amenities like a pool & sauna & alternatives to valet parking. The water pressure in the shower was very low & lighting is really dim in the bathroom & hallways.

Stunning interior design with a private-lodge, old-money feel. Spotless and stylish throughout. The Native American art theme is authentic, including headdresses and blankets that look and smell rustic. Excellent location in clean, vibrant Greenville. The restaurant is high-end with gourmet dishes. Amazing in-room toiletries with signature scent. Polished managers and administrators, especially at frontdesj and restaurant. Hotel feels exclusive.

Room with “view” had half the window blocked by industrial AC units. Staff kindly comped parking and breakfast to offset this. Lower-level staff varied—some young and untrained, others very professional but distant. Valet drove with trunk open. Public tours of hotel during evening killed the private feel. Guests’ attire often clashed with the elegance of the restaurant—suggesting a dress code would help. Property deserves more curated ambiance.

I’m delayed writing this but didn’t want to skip sending an appreciative review! My husband and I stayed for several days in early November for our Greenville wedding. We were so taken care of - even though we didn’t get married at the property, the Grand Bohemian team made us feel special. Several friends and family stayed at the hotel as well, and all said the experience was fabulous. The entire space is stunning; our suite facing the Falls was spacious and perfect for hosting the bridal party. The room service was as advertised - decision. The whiskey bar was our post-welcome party AND post-reception spot - the bartenders were great. I’m spoiled, as I’m never going to want to stay anywhere else in Greenville.

No complaints - the price is the only inhibitor to making this our permanent spot to stay when in Greenville!

Location is outstanding and ambiance comfortable. Kessler has an appealing artistic presentation we know from Orlando of days past. This distinguish's it from other chains. For a special occasion celebration it's a nice option when choosing a getaway.

This reservation I made on impulse an hour after walking it's property on May 9th some 6 months prior. Getting home later in the day and finding I had a conflicting appointment, I immediately requested a date change to Dec 1st for which they still showed vacancies. Twice they declined. Singularly this impersonal response miffed me so we dined elsewhere and will choose a different hotel next time. Neither the St.Augustine location again where we have a daughter living these past 20 years. Get over your beaurocracy.

The view surrounding the Lodge right on the Reedy River and Falls was breathtaking. The location was great... near excellent restaurants and downtown; all in walking distance.

When booking the price shown for each night was in the $400's. When checking out the price for the Saturday night was $899. That came as a complete shock! Why was that not mentioned when booking? The front desk had no explanation and was baffled also because the price seemed over the top even for her.

Comfortable large spacious room, location was great. Was able to walk to everything. Right by the liberty bridge and the downtown waterfall. Do I think it's worth almost 600 a night? Absolutely not. It's 30 dollars a night for valet parking, I felt staff could have been a little more attentive to me during check in and at the bar area.

Not the hotels fault but I loved the family next door that clearly came in drunk after midnight very loud and slamming doors.

This hotel is exceptional. All of the amenities were 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful and kind. The atmosphere was top notch. The room was very clean and had a great view of the river. Having the river next to the hotel was great for picture taking and walking.

Location, Restaurants

No chairs in the rooms with balconies ; no access to a microwave, nighttime (NATIVE) drumming sounds in rooms that made it hard to sleep, restaurant downstairs bar had limited food options, guests should have priority rsvps to Btwn the Trees restaurant, early checkout policy is not fair for guests who must leave suddenly (emergencies)

I loved the coffee at the restaurant, really good. Location is great to take a walk and enjoy the views.

The pressure at the shower was not good. We expected a great experience based in other comments but we didn't have good luck and our shower had very low pressure. At the frontdesk they said was something wrong that days, so, usually they don't have this problem.

I celebrated my birthday with a friend at the hotel. we enjoyed drinks at the bar and had dinner at Between the Trees. every single detail was amazing! The drinks were to die for and the food was perfect!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished that we had 2 nights to stay!
