My son loved the place and the staff was fantastic. He is 11 and they helped him navigate the hotel restaurants and amenities while I was at a conference. They helped him order room service and made sure he had what he needed while I was away. He is high-functioning with autism, and he had no issues at all. He loved the avocado toast! The staff is first class and what you'd expect at a five-star resort. I can't say enough about the team and the culture of service. Top-notch all the way.

We paid for an upgraded view on the 24th floor I think but the view was of construction and not really worth it however you live and learn. It was still a decent view and the hotel couldn't control the construction.

Excellent Staff in all areas, actually providing premium hospitality. Rooms are excellent.

Spa facilities ,as usual in American five star hotels, doesn't meet standards seen elsewhere in the world. And prices far exceed. Sauna in particular not hot enough. My massage was excellent however. One odd experience where one bar member demanded i drink a glass of water after i asked her about cell phone connectivity. I suspect she mistook my foreign accent for being drunk. Room service had multiple items not available from the menu.

The service was great from start to finish. From valet insisting on taking our bags to the check in desk, our service at the check in desk, to our service at Lou/na rooftop bar, to the service at the coffee cafe, all the way up to our check out…service was impeccable. A valet lady even ran all the way down to the car just for a lighter of mine. Amazing stuff really.

View was only ok. We had a 6th story view of the roof. Will ask for a better view next time.

The first thing that attracts me when I get to a hotel is the lobby, this hotel had an amazing lobby area, secondly the lady at the check in desk (can’t remember her name) she was friendly and helpful, told her I was celebrating my birthday weekend and upon arrival to my room I received two great tasting birthday cupcakes, was pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciative, the room was big and clean and the view was amazing, it’s a close walking distance to broadway where all the bars, musics and museums are located. The pool wasn’t working when I went to check it out, the rooftop bar was amazing great views, the bartender who worked was amazing she was very friendly and quick on her feet even though it was her alone and the bar got a little busy on a Monday night: I enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely visit here again if am ever in Nashville!!!

Neat clean and organized.

No pool supervision. You have adults drinking with kids mixed in. (Not a good idea) and about 20 other guest were irritated and upset at how parents were not supervising their kids that were playing, splashing and being rude to other guests who asked them to behave. It’s a Leisure pool not a water park. We only used pool one day because of this. Not being able to enjoy the pool takes the value of your hotel down. Only reason I stayed here was for the pool.

It is a very nice property and it is within walking distance to various tourist spots. The restaurant and bar at the hotel were both enjoyable to visit and the gym was well-maintained.

On the day that we checked in, we realized that the cleaning staff had missed a stained face towel in the bathroom that had clearly been forgotten by a previous guest. Additionally, when we were leaving for the airport, one of the porters told us that the hotel had a car service to take us there and heavily implied that it was a transfer provided by the property — just so others are aware, it’s a $40 charge. Ride app services in Nashville are great, don’t overspend on this “service” if it’s offered.

Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. That's a big plus! The lobby was beautiful and decorated in winter holiday decorations. Our room was fine and comfortable. The amenities in the hotel, including the restaurant, coffee bar, afternoon musicians, concierge services, and front desk were all terrific! Thank you! Great location, too!

Everything was fine!

Breakfast was amazing. The massage and facial was the best. Love the rooftop bar, very friendly and accommodating bartenders. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an upscale experience. I couldn't find the ice, the housekeeper brought ice to me. I was so greatful for his assistance.

Everything was great experience...I love everything about the hotel. It's location is perfect to all events.

The room was very clean and had a great view of the city. Beds were comfortable. The location was very closed to everything we needed, and we were able to walk most places, but far enough away we did not hear the noise of the bars on Broadway. The staff was very helpful when we asked for recommendations to local restaurants. The valets were personable when we were waiting for our car.

The room was a bit small. The bathroom needed more towel bars/hooks. A complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, highly recommend going for a high floor as the view of downtown is amazing. The pool was brilliant, nice way to start the day off, the restaurants were excellent really nice and tasty food. The rooftop bar is by far the best view in the whole of Nashville. Overall 5 Star Hotel it is must if you’re visiting Nashville
