Great modern hotel in an old industrial area that is being gradually converted into what seems to be mainly blocks of flats. The setting is lovely, right by the water and was very quiet / peaceful. The trams are very close - about 5 mins away, going into Centraal or in the other direction to the museums. The swimming pool was an added bonus. We were a bit apprehensive about the location before booking, but it couldn't have worked out any better.

There were a few nice restaurants / cafes close by, but not loads. There were enough to keep us happy though!

The food was very good 👍 😋 the rooms were ok too.

The beds kept on moving, I think you should put a carpet to secure the movement of the bed.

We booked the panorama wellness room with sauna. Beautiful rooms with amazing hot tub and sauna, perfect for when you have been walking all day. Huge spacious and very comfy bed. Room was clean and shower was nice and powerful. Staff are extremely helpful and customer service is great! Nicolei at the front dest went above and beyond for us! Thank you

Breakfast was very poor. No vegan or halaal options, disappointing. Location was a bit out of the way. 8-10 min walk to the nearest tram station and then two stops before you get into centraal station,which sounds close but when you are tired seems very far! No water bottles provided in the room.

The bed was very comfortable

I had to pay the full amount of the room as a deposit! This was over 1,000 euros! This was not explained properly and could take 20 days to be returned, so until that happens, I have paid over 2,000 for 3 nights!

Slow service when checking in, short staff preventing add ons

Unbelievably good views from the room, fairly spacious, loved the sauna and the jacuzzi. Good space, friendly staff, acceptable chairs, very nice balcony.

No one knew how to turn on the jets in the jacuzzi. Not the desk, nor the room managers the desk sent. This sucked, actually, the jacuzzi turns on by itself for ~15 minutes about half an hour after you let the water out — so, no jets when you use it, plus insane and uncontrollable noise for 15 minutes at a random point later. Not very cool. But still very happy overall though, the jacuzzi itself is pure fire, great stuff.

The accommodation and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was amazing. Food was delicious. The apple pie on the menu was absolutely outstanding!!!! Loved the fact that it was away from the hustle of the City Centre. Short walk to the tram. Beautiful restaurants around the corner. Quick tram to the Heineken experience and the outside markets. Loved the location.

Hours to restaurant could be later. Especially room service. Coffee was very small and expensive. Close to a lot of new development. But when that development is done it will be perfect! Although we weren't troubled in any way by the development. Just an eye sore when walking to the tram.

We booked the room with a hot tub and loved this after a cold day around the Christmas markets! We felt very safe due to the area being residential and you can only access the building/ lifts with a hotel key! The views were amazing, we’d definitely come to stay here again!

It was a little further from the centre as we thought but still not a negative we enjoyed being able to come away from the busy city!

Location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. Accommodated to my boyfriends birthday with a personalised touch.

The pool was cold and our room was left with no robes after being cleaned and our bin was taken out bet the bag was left in the room on the desk.
