The location was great. It was a short walk to Elizabeth Quay which we accomplished with a 2-year-old. No complaints about the staff or the facilities. Everything was working despite being a bit old and the staff helped us with the luggage. The check-in process was extremely smooth despite checking in at about 9.30pm.

There was nothing to dislike.

The Swan River view. The dining room staff were excellent kind, helpful and with a 😃. Reception helpful. Bar staff ok nothing special.

Cleaning staff helping themselves to my toiletries!!! Expensive toiletries!!! Room was NOT dusted the whole 21 days and wrote my name by my finger - in the dust on headboard and made pretty finger patterns on the chrome bedside light fittings. Staff elevator right next to my room with staff not being respectful of the hour delivering breakfasts etc., I am on holiday and do NOT want to be woken up at 6 am every morning..... I was offered another room but not the view I specifically requested. Broken sink and dripping taps never completely resolved. Believe the hotel is up for refurbishment.

Stayed here a few times and check in process always a little slower than industry standards

Made booking and payment through booking.com website who responded with email..... Your receipt is automatically generated This is proof of your transaction - it can't be used to claim VAT. Please note, this is not an invoice A valid invoice for tax purposes can only be issued by the property We then contacted Hotel and they replied with they don't issue Tax Invoice and should be obtained from booking.com The Bond of $100 was taken along with additional charge however tax invoice for bond only showed $100 Still no tax invoice for the 2 night corporate stay and our company accounts are getting frustrated with time and efforts to date.

The room service was good

The windows weren’t clean and the light in the lounge room doesn’t work properly (main light) room 905

Just a few miner things. The banging all day, walls are thin could hear the guy next door snoring and spa didn't work.

PARKING WITH THE APP IS ANOYING.. WE HAD PROBLEMS SETTING IT UP. THE STAFF WERE VERY BUSY CHECKING PEOPLE IN, SO COULDNT HELP. IT TOOK US NEARLY 20 MINS TO SORT IT OUT. THEN OUR KEYCARD WOULDNT WORK SO WE HAD TO GET IT RESET. BUT ALL IN ALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. ROOM WAS GREAT. ITS A PITY THE BAR WAS CLOSED BECAUSE THE ADJOINING PUB WAS NOISY AND BUSY , SO WE STAYED AWAY AND WENT TO A BAR DOWN THE STREET. NOT EVERYONE LIKES NOISY PLACES.

- Convenient location as it was very close to Langley Park, Elizabeth Quay and also into the heart of the CBD. - Very price competitive when compared to other similar hotels in the surrounding area with 4 stars, worth it. - Breakfast had a lot to offer and you could request how you wanted your eggs each day when asking staff :) Each day there would be a few new things such as French toast, pancakes etc. We enjoyed it for the week stay. - Nice space within the rooms, especially with the desk where I was doing home office for 1 week. Worked well.

- Bathroom was a bit outdated, mostly in regards to the bath tub/shower with the old curtain to pull across. - Other than that, it was a practical stay for spending a week in Perth for sightseeing and seeing some family.

Shout out to Julia. She does an amazing job. The Air-con in our room wasn’t working and after the maintenance team and other reception staff simply didn’t believe us and disregarded our complaint, Julia finally listened, checked on it herself and managed to move us to a different (even nicer) room. Amazing customer service. Love the water station in the Lobby. Made me buy less bottled water. Breakfast Crew was always extremely friendly. Location, very close to the popular Elizabeth Quay. Easy Check-in and -out.

I would love to see more dairy free alternatives at the Breakfast Buffet. The Gym needs better Airconditioning or additional fans for extra airflow. It is way too hot in there. I didn’t feel save walking alone after dark in the area. Furniture are outdated.

I always get spoilt , by staff that go above an beyond everytime , I'm so great ful to exsperiance majority of suites , rooms , appartments etc but the junior was beyond my fav , an love taking advantage of the mini bar gets me everytime , the restaurants both down stairs are so convient an a great vibe ,staff in house an in the bar are exceptional I'm so lucky to be treated as a top priority guest everytime with such respect . Angus an all reception have gone above an beyond always an all other staff I'm lucky this is by far one of my fav places to stay in Perth, it's a hidden gem exspectional job , an exceeds my expectations everytime thankyou guys

Very clean, nice room, good value for money. The breakfast was great.

The night we arrived, we stayed on the first floor. It was a bit dark and did not have a view. For our second stay later in the week, we requested a room with a view a little higher up. They said they would try and accommodate us. When we arrived, they had allocated nearly the same room on the 1st floor. To their credit, when asked, they changed it to a room with a view.
