Anna at the front desk went above and beyond to provide useful information, places to visit, restaurants, and lovely sites to visit in Switzerland. She was so positive, helpful and professional. She greeted us every day with a smile and assisted us in finding An IHG hotel in Zurich so that we could stay another day in the country. She deserves high praise

We were charged parking for 2 nights and our travel companions were charged for 1 night of parking. We had only 1 car but paid twice for 1 night. We tried to get the desk to understand this, but were not successful. We would like this error to be fixed.

~The location is very convenient. ~Staff are friendly. ~Free entrance at Bernaqua was really amazing and fun for the kids. ~Access to the mall and Bernaqua as well as gas station also next to it. ~Free transportation to the city. And next to train station. ~Breakfast is nice. Must get. ~Aircon is good. ~Bed is comfortable.

The dinner that we purchased included in the hotel booking is not worth it. I got one pasta dish with salad. Only 3 options and not so amazing. It is okay but not worth the money. Might be better to get ala carte or eat in one of the restaurants inside the mall.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible location – being just steps away from the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-situated stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Every one at the reception desk, at the restaurant, and the room attendants were very nice and helped us with any request we had. Facilities Very clean. Amazing waterpark . Beautiful views. Thank you!

The bathroom door had some transparent parts in it, and that was a little uncomfortable

The location was excellent. Next door to the train station where travel into Bern was free. Next to the shopping Mall where a good supermarket meant we could pick up supplies etc.

Rooms were very basic and not the most comfortable of beds. No robes/slippers etc were available and the air con was a little hit and miss. No fridge in room either which would have been nice to have.

Perfect location - right in front of the railway station and in a large trading center. And of course, the right to use Bernaqua for 3 hours per night is a wonderful bonus. Good breakfast @CHF25

Promised "range of free toiletries" consisted of a bottle of liquid soap and same of a shampoo - that was all. A bit scanty for a 4star hotel. Also a complementary bottle of mineral water would be normal for a hotel of this level, but the owners decided differently. My room was on the 8th floor, which was meant to be the privileged floor for members, but every morning I was woken up by numerous monstrous blows on the walls from above. It felt as if the whole building was jumping and the walls were vibrating because of these blows - very uncomfortable. It must have been repairs, but there should have been a warning, at least.

The location, the shower, the linens, the spa, the staff and the breakfast were all exceptional. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when needed. One of the pictures I posted is the view from our room. It was quiet and serene yet right in the center of where we needed to be with a train station right there.

The location was fantastic, the food was exceptional, breakfast especially. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The place was super clean, to an incredibly high spec, in all areas. Could not fault this place, would highly recommend.

The room was a bit dark. I used the bernaqua only for 45minutes on the first night due to the late check out. Next morning I wanted to use the gymm but I was informed I could not do it as I had already visited Bernaqua the night before

Location was perfect for a wellness weekend. Direct access to Bernaqua what is definitely a bonus. Quiet location, access to shopping center, bars,restaurants. Even if you want to go to downtown you can take the tram front of the hotel.

The cocktail bar could improve- more choices, more fancy glasses, herbs, decorations usage for cocktails.
