Art’otel amazing place to stay. Everything was so clean dark interior lifts really has a luxurious atmosphere and vibe the smell in the lobby and throughout the building is so refreshing. The pool and spa facilities were above my expectations the pool area is so relaxing with calming humming music to help you relax. The rooms were limited in terms of spaciousness thats due to the room you book but the standard room is standard size not too small but just about enough to get by. Art’otel team had my room ready way before check in and this was due to housekeeping staff for their fast and exceptional work.The staff were friendly and a very big shoutout to the house keeping team a very very big thank you to the effort you men and women put in to maintain cleanliness. They really go above and beyond they made my stay even more special. The location is really good, old street tube station is 3 min walk away and art’otel offer free bike service which i think is really beneficial. The views from floor 21 were panoramic! So beautiful. Overall great hotel.

The concierge needs to be more alert on the bottom floor when new residents arrive. I arrived at art’otel early in the morning and needed assistance with luggage, i was hoping the concierge would come and assist me but where no where to be found so i had to unload alone. Being the first point of contact this needs to be on point as this sets the first impression and was quite let down at the start but the hotel staff at the reception made up for it and they had the room ready before check in.

we booked this spur of the moment, and was really impressed. The location is excellent, a few minutes from Old street, the staff were all really welcoming at every touch point in the hotel. We got upgraded, the room had incredible views across London, in fact the best views i have ever had from a hotel room (and I have stayed in a lot). The bed was incredibly comfortable, whilst the room was not big, given the super king bed and the view it didn't matter. Plus finally a hotel going back to a check out at midday! Makes the stay so much more enjoyable.

Im not a fan of bathrooms being so close to the bedroom but thats just my thing. As the rooms are not that big the bathrooms are a sliding door into close to the bed so not massively private for us shy bathroom users ;0-)

My husband broke his leg at the beginning of December, so I have to say I was rather dreading this trip. But from the moment we checked in, the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly careful with ensuring my husband was safe and comfortable at every turn. During a fire alarm, three staff members ran up 16 flights of stairs (the lifts were out) to ensure he was put in a safe space and remained with us until the all clear was given. At all points they were reassuring, kind and consistently friendly. I cannot commend them highly enough. This was true of all the staff members we encountered and is a testament to the art'otel's incredible service ethic. Outstanding. The view from our room was also incredible.

Star Trek style “Beam me up Scotty” lifts propel guests into the stratosphere with bleeding edge technology screens in the rooms operating everything from mood lighting to curtain closure by remote. A true Koh-I-Noor in the rugged terrain of Shoreditch. 24th floor views extend all the way past The Shard to Battersea Power Station and the Surrey Hills. The menus have been super carefully crafted with novel twists, the subterranean spa is a veritable haven of tranquility and at every turn this hotel and its team of staff consistently surprise and delight. Aspiring 5 star plus, this place truly is the cat’s whiskers and I’m already delighting in planning my next visit with my entire team.

Absolutely zero, it’s perfect in every way

The location is great , and new facilities and buildings make everything look neat. The staff was very friendly and we looked after very well.

We arrived after 4 p.m., and the room wasn't ready yet . Waiting in the bar offered without "sorry" or either complimentary water offered. The room was perfect. The only thing that a little of the water was coming out of the bathroom after taking the shower to the bedroom.

Excellent location. A few minutes' walk from Old Street Underground Station, and a bus stop right next to the hotel. There are many and various restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a selection of 10 breakfast options for menu ordering. The room is a proper size, not small in London, and the bathroom is spacious.

The hotel is newly renovated and opened this year. Because the window can not be opened, the room air is not fresh.

Stayed here with my family (including kids ages 5 and 8). The hotel was amazing value for the price - new, clean and comfortable with a wonderful staff. The pool was a highlight for the kids - it's small but the kids loved the lighting. The size of the rooms was large by London standards and we did not fee cramped so that was great. We loved the neighborhood which had plenty of eateries nearby. While its not necessarily central, the tube is a 5 min walk away and it was easy to get anywhere in the city from there.

Super nice staff. Beautiful view from 13th floor. Little notes from the cleaning team which were very appreciated.

Equipment is ok but room is a bit small for 4 persons incl a baby and a young boy.

Polite staff, Very good room/shower/comfort - small touches like handwritten note and little treats on arrival. Great food in restaurant

It was excellent - only thing was a £5 tray charge for any form of room service order despite it saying free for order over £10 on all of their menus
