Friendly staff, and a very clean, well-kept hotel. Hot showers, nice breakfast, and convenient location--you can walk to anything you want to see. If you want to get up early to watch the monks take offerings from local residents, they even pass right by this hotel. A really nice place to stay! I enjoyed it very much!

Staff were really friendly and super helpful. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided.

We loved this boutique hotel although in European terms this is definitely more of a guest house. If you are looking for something comparable to a Hilton or Best Western this is not for you and you need to up your budget. It is a delightful small hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre and a wonderful helpful hosts who provide everything you need. It is family run business and they genuinely care about their clients. They have a no shoe policy which is perfectly reasonable given this is their home and with building work nearby entirely necessary (they do provide sliders). Excellent laundry service (35k and same day return). I loved the shower and plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi is good, rotated a little but certainly not the worst we have experienced and was good enough for our needs. Cinemax on TV which was good for English films. Very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

If we could have two pillows each that would have been better - but to be fair we did not ask for another one and it was not a deal breaker for us!

the location is great & the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good & we loved the pineapple juice. AC & hot water worked perfectly. the room was clean. we were there in the off season and had great value for money! we enioyed our stay in luang prabang!

double check what you are being charged at check-in matches the price on booking. we booked the activities somewhere else in the city as most other operators are cheaper. In the bathroom weren't any hangers for the towel so that could be improved. the room has no view.

You may be able to find a bigger and fancier hotel but the customer service we received from Rose and her husband was truly exceptional and unmatched during our travels to this point. We were provided with so much good information and assistance in a friendly and patient manner. It is a small boutique hotel where each breakfast is made to order and it is very, very good! We especially enjoyed the generous bowl of fresh fruit we were each served before our breakfast was served. Our room was a bit cramped but it really wasn't a problem as we were out exploring lovely Luang Prabang and only in the room to sleep. And if it wasn't for Rose snagging our first class high speed train tix for us, we'd likely have had to endure a very uncomfortable 4 hour minivan ride to Vang Vieng!

I checked in on the late night around 22:30pm after a long bus trip from Vientiane. The host were there to wait for me and he was so helpful on explaining me everything about Luang Prabang New Year festival and to plan my next trip. Unfortunately due to lack of time I couldn’t stay more than one night, but great place, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and wide range. Staff really kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The room is ok, simply furnished (but with a/c, tv and a fridge), clean enough (although some hairs on the floor and in the bathroom) but a bit small. It is center located, just few minutes walking to reach the night market and Mekong river. The staff is helpful with ticket booking, motorbike rental and laundry service: they can arrange everything for you.

Actually this is not a boutique hotel: it has no personality and is not well maintained, as you might expect from boutique hotels. The exchange rate applied to pay the bill for the stay is incomprehensible: paying in local currency is even worse than paying in dollars. Breakfast tastes nothing special but however included in the room price you have a toast with butter and jam, eggs in different styles, a glass of juice, coffee/tea and some fruits.

I travelled here with my father. Rose is soooo friendly and sweet, and we actually extended for 2 more nights after leaving for one night in a local experience and realizing how awful that experience was. We messaged rose and asked to come back and she gave us both very spacious family rooms next to each other. I spent my birthday morning here & they celebrated with cake & sang happy birthday so warmly to me. It was a very positive experience. They even allowed us to check in early on both times we stayed.

Location was great, staff were lovely and friendly. Room was big and had a fridge. Rented a scooter from them with not issues, did have to leave passport, with seems a necessity for renting a scooter in Luang Prabang… Would recommend staying.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic but sets you up for the day. Had a bad experience with a bus booked through them to go to Vang Vieng but that’s nothing to do with the stay. Be aware they clean the room with unless you put the do not clean sign on the door. We just weren’t expecting it one of the days and had a lot of stuff lying around. (The cleaning was good though.)

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and it truly made our trip to Luang Prabang that much better. The location was within walking distance of the night bazaar, Mekong river, and other attractions. Breakfast was served every morning and the staff were the highlight of this hotel. They were friendly and attentive, helping with booking a waterfall tour and onward train ticket. Thank you for an amazing trip, we would definitely stay here again:)
