Amazing little stay! My partner and I booked here as a treat whilst we are long term travelling. First off, five star service from the staff. They are so friendly, welcoming, kind, and hospitable. They build a nice rapport with all of their guests no matter how long people are staying. They are quick to offer support with booking things, arranging train tickets, offering pool towels/drinks and suggesting places to sightsee. Upon arrival they gave us a map and circled places of note and wrote helpful pointers down. They are very attentive and I would not believe any of the negative reviews regarding service, because they are no doubt written by “Karens”. The room was lovely, with both patio and poolside access. There are both privacy curtains and light blocking curtains, so folk cannot see into your room! I don’t know what some reviews are talking about with the lack of privacy, like, draw your curtains?? Haha. We had towel swans on arrival and lots of the basics - a safe, slippers, dressing gowns, kettle, fridge, water, coffee and tea sachets, different size towels and bath mats, loo roll, air con. There is plenty of space to put luggage by the safe, on and below the shelf - plus a rail for hanging clothes. The shower is so big and has a door and shelf for your products. There is lots of space around the sink and hooks and a shelf for towels. The bed is sooo comfy and you get two pillows each!! There is daily housekeeping available - this is very thorough. Breakfast is also amazing. Again, don’t understand the negative reviews on that. It’s literally free breakfast? How can one complain! Whilst we stayed, the choices varied day to day. One day for example there was: bread, jam and butter packs, honey, seasoning and sauces, tea, coffee, water and fresh fruit juices, omelettes, fried eggs, scramble, streaky bacon, pancakes, chopped fresh fruit, rice, soup, egg & veg fried rice, veg noodles, veg, sausage, sandwiches and granola and yoghurt pots.

As many other reviewers have said, Chang is an excellent hotel manager. Nothing is too much trouble and she anticipates guests’ needs. The pool is very welcome in the heat and is long enough to be able to get a good swim rather than just a dip. Breakfast eggs are cooked to order and fruit smoothies are made to order too, but beyond this the breakfast is a little limited. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is modern.

Unfortunately at the moment there is building work going on right next to the hotel during the day. It doesn’t start until 07.30 so doesn’t disturb your sleep, but is a bit intrusive if you’re trying to relax by the pool during the day. The furniture in the room would be improved by having real drawers rather than fake ones.

Clean comfortable rooms with great hands-on manager. Chang (the manager) provided a really warm welcome, and help, and support whatever the question. It was also lovely to have a goid sized pool

Would have preferred thicker curtains to block out the light.

The property is well maintained and good location. The best part is the staff. They are friendly and very helpful. Chang is fantastic and I enjoyed seeing her every day.

This hotel is a true gem! The design of it is impeccable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each detail. The staff were so friendly and helped me book transfer from the airport which was so handy. They also helped me book trips to the waterfalls near by and my onward travel to Nong Khiaw! Everything was so easy and handy, the pool area was so relaxing. Overall this hotel has a great vibe about it and is in a perfect location just a short walk away from the city attractions ! Nothing to fault from my stay.

- Front Office Manager: soooo helpfull and friendly all the time, with tours, transfers and even Flight-/traintickets - the location: next to phousi hill restaurants, cafes and night market. All tempels an national museum can be reached within 10 minutes - the rooms and bath: very clean and beautiful furniture - the refreshing pool: perfect after tempel visits and tours - breakfast (inclueded):: never had such a big choice of variants (e.g. muesli, pho, sandwich, bananapancake, european breakfast...) - free fruitshakes every day

Only one small thing: the Hotel ist hidden a little bit. ;-) good for the silence, Not so good for the drivers

The room was beautiful—spotlessly clean with an incredibly comfortable bed and a lot of spaces in the bathroom/toilet. Every room has a pool view and comes with its own balcony or patio. The hotel itself is located about 7 mins walk to the night market. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful—we truly can’t thank him enough. He also spoke English very well, which made everything easier. Relaxing by the pool with a drink or cooling off in the water after a hot day of sightseeing was the perfect way to unwind.

TV (Netflix) in the room was not working very well. It's not a big deal for us though.

My stay at this hotel was great. The hotel seemed to be either relatively newly built or recently renovated. It had two swimming pools — one with cooler and one with warmer water in it. The breakfast was simple but nice, with a nice glass of fresh juice made upon order. The location was also very good — close to the highlights, yet not in the (noisy) middle of them. The best part and the hotel’s biggest asset was Kung (not sure about spelling though) — the kindest and most helpful person I have met (I’ve been touring Asia for a month and a half now and met countless kind and nice people, yet he definitely stood out!). He memorized our names right away, helped us book tours, assisted us with our needs and arranged other things immediately. He played a major part in making our stay special and memorable. Amazing work!

We loved staying here the property is fantastic.Two pools beautiful room bright with a balcony excellent shower.The best I have experienced in the whole of southeast asia.Chang the owner is wonderful speaks really good english.Chang booked our traintickets and a trip to the waterfall.Well worth visiting.The road is quite rough so it takes an hour to get there.The hotels location is close to the nightmarket and all the temples.Its in a backlane so no noise during the nightLuang Prabang is a laid back town with lots of nice buildings and restaurants.Nice change from all the busy asian cities.Do yourself a favour stay here you wont regret it.Breakfast with fresh yoghurt and fruit.

Balconies are quite close together.It didnt bother us as the hotel was not full.
