Room is very spacious, stylish and clean, all looks very new, staff is very nice, breakfast has so many choice and delicious. The pool was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again and definitely plan to in the future!

Very spacious and comfortable room. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great with the main attractions of Luang Prabang within about 20 mins walk. Breakfast had a good range of options and good coffee.

Smoking was allowed around the pool (and also in the breakfast area) which as a non smoker with children I did not appreciate.

We didn’t get the room that we booked, beds were smaller (be careful when booking twin), same as room. Staff is not helpful, we asked them for a motorbike and they wanted our passports as a security. We didn’t agree for it and staff started to be nervous and said us it’s the same in whole Laos (it’s not actually, we rented motorbike in Vang Vieng without leaving passports anywhere). What is more, I don’t know how they did it but they blocked possibility to comment and evaluate. I had to make an official complaint to Booking and finally I had write it here.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, with good-willed employees. Even I got laundry service done in 2 hours! The swimming pool and the area with outdoor sunbeds are really small. Information for the owner: after payment for the room by card-my VISA card was hacked and payments were made in CNY and VND in January end-February beginning, so if you have an employee, who travelled there -You have a criminal working for you. Or, please check your system security

Great quality hotel,with big rooms and huge beds. Location was quiet but not too far from city centre. The staff makes sure everything you need is provided. Would always come back!?

We had an amazing stay at hotel. The staff are exceptional. Each and every person is so accommodating and warm. They genuinely do everything they can to make sure your stay is as optimal as possible. Our room was spacious, clean and felt very luxurious. Shower and bathroom was beautiful with separate. We stayed 3 nights and decided to stay in the city for 2 more nights but unfortunately this hotel was fully booked so we moved to another location. We were most sad to leave and will definitely stay here again on another trip. Would recommend for anyone. !

Wonderful staff, room, pool and morning breakfast 😁

We could change the room immediately after we told them that we would feel not comfortable. The new room was amazing. Lots of space, clean, very comfortable beds and all you can ask especially for that price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more. Also the pool was nice. The hotel ist at busy street, but that was no problem for us, just 15 minutes to the old town by foot. And also the breakfast was amazing, the best coffee we had in laos and there was also super friendly staff as well. 100 % would recommend this hotel.
