1. Very convenient location, walking distance(5mins) to night market, the royal palace. 2. Room is clean and tidy, with very strong A/C. It is so hot in Luang Prabang at noon and afternoon. 3. The staffs are friendly, with Laos,Mandarin and English speaking. They can give advices to local attractions.

Property was great, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the corridor but they didn’t actually bite us at all for the 5 nights we were there. Shower wasn’t a wet room which was really nice, good tv and good sized bed.

Reception staff don’t speak any english which is fine but also did not smile once. Would still stay again

One issue was the booking of transport to the waterfall. I asked the member of staff for cheapest way. I was given a price and handed over the money. Then I realised how crazy expensive that was and went back to reception and asked for my money back. Then we were quoted a new price which was only 28% of the original cost. Same day. Same pick up time. I like to think that it was just a lost in translation moment but it just left us a bit edgy and we booked all other transport through a different place which advertised prices up front.

A truly excellent stay! We were welcomed to the property by the very friendly staff, who were kind enough to give us recommendations for both food and activities. The room itself was very comfortable with great A/C, the bathroom was also well equipped with a good shower. The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the night market, a perfect location! It was great value and would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Luang Prabang

Really nice hotel for the price. Perfect location and the hotel owner/manager was so very helpful and booked us transport and answered any questions we had. He also planned out the two days for us to ensure we covered everything. The rooms a good size. The bathrooms not perfect but it’s fine.

Annoying that mosquitos are somehow attracted to this place so we just had to be mindful of opening windows and using bug spray.

The location is great: about 500m from the noisy night food market, on a quiet street. The staff are helpful especially the Chinese manager Mr White (aka Yi Gong, or 小张 )who also speaks English. You can WhatsApp him about before you arrive. He arranges airport, train station meet and transfers; offers clear, candid and honest travel advice. He becomes a good friend to all his guests as it is clear in the manner all the guests talk to him. During his free time in the evening guests and he would be chatting and carousing at the alfresco verandah. An excellent and interesting personality. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. WIFI is clear. Very good value for money.

The location is perfect for travelers, not tourists expecting all things at once. You'll find those elsewhere. There's a small store across the street, small local cafes around the corner, and a little old lady and her family that starts grilling chicken at the corner first thing in the morning. She's done by 10, and a tasty start for 10,000 kip for a little bag with a banana leaf. The owner Yigongzhang is a gregarious 2m/6' tall Chinese, who hilariously goes by "White", as in Walter White from Breaking Bad. I wished I'd met him on the first night of Day One when I arrived at 2100 in the dark. Pro-tip: load up Chinese in Google Translate for finessing details.

The night clerk was polite, but spoke no English. Be sure to have your Google Translate loaded with Lao to help you along. He also seemed to have problems with basic math, don't know why. Couldnt explain that there was an ATM right down the street, to pay for the night. Was having trouble with explaining currency conversion from USD to LAK. As I'd come right from the airport, I was literally down to my last dollar. And if that last $1 was marked up with [B]ONE[R] on the back, you're SOL.

Good value for money. A few years old now and showing its age but despite this it’s as well looked after as it could be. All the staff were very friendly helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Shower pressure wasn’t great.

Perfect for our 3 nights stay. Spacious room with a clean bathroom, huge shower with glass screen keeping the rest of the bathroom dry(hard to find in Asia). Walking distance to everything! Great value for money.
