Amazing place, with outstanding service. Breakfast included with multiple options for food and drinks. Very clean and room service every day, the hotel itself also rents scooters or semi automatic motorbikes for a very good price, no need to pay for deposit. The staff was very nice and assured that guest satisfaction is a priority. Thank you for an amazing stay and hope to come back one day ☺️

It's not a big deal but sometimes, like during the lunch you can feel an uncommon smell for foreign noses. I believe it has something to do with cooking spices, doesn't get in the rooms, mostly in public areas. It is supportable but easily disturbing.

The staff was so nice and always very helpful. I travelled with my adult son and had a twin beds. The room was big enough for us both. The aircon worked very well. The bathroom is basic but practicle. For breakfast we chose the banana pancakes, they were delicious. We were able to book motorcycles from them wich were so great to get and travel everywhere. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The coffee was lukewarm for my taste, but good. The fruits did not seem to be fresh, however the weather was extremely hot and humid, maybe that was why the fruits were a little off.

I loved the pure wood room. Literally floor to ceiling antique wood. Gorgeous . And I had a large patio to do yoga on. The included breakfast was great and very filling. There was a nice chill patio on the second floor. Plus the place has connections to all the tours, bus rides, etc.. very convenient. The bed was super comfortable . Shower was ok. Standard SE Asian shower.

While it was only a 15 minute walk from the center of town, which was also nice for its quietness, at times I would have liked to be in the center.

The building was old and rustic and had a lot of character and charm. The location was perfect. Not far from the Mekong River, the night market, the old "French" part of town. Simply an amazing town. I extended my stay twice at the hotel as I loved the feel of the city. Everything I needed when it came to local transportation, information, scheduling excursions was taken care by the owners. Would go back and stay there again and again and again. The included breakfast had many options and was always good.

Comfortable and spacious room. Very kind staff. Very good location not far from the morning and night markets. Scooter rental was cheap and hassle-free!

There was a weird sound which was either an animal in pain or a machine that needed to be oiled all throughout the night. Also the air conditioner made really strange noises. We found it hard to sleep with all of that going on. And this isn’t the property’s fault, but on one night there was a group at the property next door drinking and being incredibly loud until quite late.

The beds were comfortable, the fan and air con were reliable and powerful so it was easy to control the temperature. You could choose to have breakfast on the upstairs balcony or down by reception, which was a nice touch. The woman who ran it gave us a map with locations of temples and the times they were open, plus a couple of options for tours to local places. She was super friendly and very helpful

The Wifi had trouble connecting sometimes, and the shower head kept falling out of its holder so I had to hold it as I was showering. Also, I paid slightly extra for a room with a view, but none of the rooms had a view as we were on a main road

The property is centrally located with everything within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and there was hot water at all times with a working AC.

The person at the reception spoke poor English which made communication difficult and I felt was overall not very helpful. Had problems asking about modes of transportation onwards and about renting a bike. While it's understandable that English is not their first language. But, I believe if you are running a hotel at this price point, they need to be more helpful.

This has to be the best value in Luang Prabong. The location, room and included breakfast are all amazing, and all at a very fair price. The host (Tom?) was also the best I’ve encountered in Asia. After arriving from a long day of travel he provided a welcome drink while showing me a map of the city and pointing out the various locations that I should make sure to visit. He was available to answer all my questions, helped with efficient laundry service and booked me a bus to my next destination which was extremely helpful. A++ service.

The staff were very friendly and helped with bookings to the airport, train station, and activities around Luang Prabang. The free breakfast was a perk and they offered 8 different food and drink options. The location was also great! The hotel is within a 15 minute walk to the night market and Phousi Hill, close to several temples and good restaurants!

The bathrooms are pretty no-frills. I visited during the rainy season, so the bathroom was a bit damp/musty, but this is probably more due to the season than the property itself.
