The guy at the reception is very polite and helpful. He arranged for me a tour at Kung Si Falls as well as the taxi for the airport. Breakfast is nice although you don't have many options. I liked that the last 2 days they added some fresh fruits as extra. The location is also very good exactly beside the river and close to several restaurants and downtown. Nice view from the balcony on the 2nd floor.

Wi-fi is slow with many disconnections. Fortunately i had my own data. The room although it wasn't small, hadn't a working space to place my laptop in. So it wasn't handy. The 2 swimming pools were just ok, nothing special.

Great location, within 5-10 minute walking distance to the main hustle and bustle of the old town! Our room was very large and had a beautiful view of the river, which made for lovely mornings and evenings. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The young man who worked at the front desk always had a smile on his face and was very helpful - he was quick to book us cars or transfers and we never had to wait for long.

The breakfast is catered to more Western style. It would have been nice to have the option of a more local breakfast on the menu. But...not a deal breaker by any means!

I picked this for the river view, and I was not disappointed there, and even had a beautiful balconly to sit out on to enjoy my view. The room had lots of natural wood, but the bathroom was modern. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool was clean and refreshing.

The wifi is my room was terrible to the point I actually could not use it for anything, so don't stay here if that's a dealbreaker.

Internet is very bad. It was not possible to work. Breakfast-not as u see in the menu photos.

Booked 2 nights. And stayed for another 6 nights what can I say 1. Great location with a village atmosphere. Very quiet at night yet very accessible to walk yo the night market, alms giving, cafes and its even close to the bamboo bridge so the other side. 2. Cleaniness: very no. New towels every very clean. Hot water and all provided. 3.Value: definitely a bargain with simple yet delicious ala carte breakfast.

Not the fault but staff speak little English, but its ok as I dont expect people younderstand me all the time. We are travelling to a foreign land and English is not their main language. Go to bigger hotels if u want an english speaking staff. But we love it here.

At first the lady couldn't find our booking but quickly upgraded us to a different room. Lin, who looked after us, was fantastic. Nothing was a problem and he was courteous and friendly always. Great location. A big thankyou for having us to stay.

Mosquitos so pack your repellant. Not the hotels fault by the way.

Location was perfect, short walk to all the main sites and plenty of options for food. Our room was the highlight with a balcony overlooking the river.

Only instant coffee and lukewarm water offered at breakfast but fruit shakes were excellent.

The manager is amazing! He went above and beyond to help us when we had a medical emergency. He also responded to our needs promptly. The breakfast was good and had a good selection. There is a pool that we did not know about and it was a great discovery. Location was great. It was close to a night market and river and other amenities but it was quiet.

The pool had a bit of algae.

The lady at the front desk was so lovely & accommodating! She did our laundry and booked all tours and transfers for us. The room was cleaned and we got new towels daily. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the centre with the market and restaurants. This makes it a quiet and peaceful location. The breakfast was good. Overall I would recommend this hotel and if we ever visit Luang Prabang we will definitely stay here.

The wifi hardly ever worked. It would turn off and on and even if it says you have full bars nothing would load.

Everything was perfect! The location was good, the room was lovely with a hot shower, cold air con and comfortable beds. A lot of options at breakfast, the family were kind and helpful and their little dog was cute too. Would stay again, definitely recommend.
