We stayed for 7 nights (extended 2 longer than originally booked). We felt so at home here we could have easily stayed forever. The breakfast was incredible. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The entire place ran extremely efficiently, like a well oiled machine. The staff offered to clean our room everyday and the 2 young members of staff on reception were so kind and helpful. They were lovely with our children too. The view from the breakfast restaurant was stunning. I think the hotel has undergone some modernisation recently as the triple room we stayed in looked brand new. The bathroom was big and sparkling clean. Great new shower. Excellent air conditioning.

Hôtels are much more expensive in Luang Prabang than in the rest of the country. This one was four times more expensive than anywhere else. On the other hand, there was hot water AND pressure, a comfortable bed and pillows, an actual separate shower, and a relatively quiet place far from the main road. The breakfast buffet was very boring for vegetarians except for the fruit (good mango). The staff were always ready to help. Overall a positive experience.

The room was nice and spacious, we had a great view from the balcony. Good water pressure. We had a very nice hiking&kayaking tour organised by the hotel. Good wifi. Organized a scooter for us which was also nice.

It’s a bit overpriced. The breakfast is ok, there is variety but it’s not very good, we mostly stayed with fruits and yoghurt. The organising of a tour is a bit annoying as the brochures in the lobby are not up to date. The cooking class they advertised is closed but they still have the brochure of it. Had no other options so we organized it ourselves. When we asked about certain tours we got a “I don’t know, could be full.” If worked out in the end but a bit time consuming. Also don’t recommend the laundry service! A couple of tshirts we got back had stains on them after.

Affordable, convenient, cozy, clean. Close to nature, decorations arouse the sense of wildlife, views are stunning and reposeful. Parking area and reception is easily accessible and visible, isn't built adjacently to the streets -> reduce unpleasant lighting and noise while sleeping, tranquil and low chance of pollution around the compound The rooms design is cozy, not too big with redundant space but still has 2 windows -> home coziness designing, comfort, aesthetic wall pattern, a wonderful level of hygiene, interiors are neatly organized. Windows can be closed tightly and open at ease, avoid unwanted breeze Amenities and facilities are sufficiently provided, over the basic needs-> convenient. Air conditioner and hot shower works well with consistency and control, flexible and easy to use. Bathroom is also spotless, the shower area is large and hygienic. Hot water and other drinks are served outside the corridor each story -> don't worry about running about of drinking water. Services outside the hotels are included, from motorbike rental, info about tourist attractions, transport to different locations to even laundry, boat tour…

The location is excellent, the staff are so friendly, and this is a quiet place to stay. The staff kindly upgraded me for little extra cost to a private balcony room with a view over the river which was really stunning. A perfect place to wind down after a day of activities and just read a book. I really felt peaceful here and would stay again if ever in town. Thank you!

Don’t expect shiny new furniture, but it is all clean , perfectly working, and does the job.

The room is with an attached balcony with excellent view of the river, adjacent mountain and the stupa. The balcony is provided with a couch to recline and have an excellent view of the quiet flowing river. The room is with a full-size window, end to end of the room which give clear view from the bed. Additionally, 2 chairs with tea table are provided inside the room, but with river view all are bonus for a perfect relaxing stay Breakfast is served in an extended portion close to the river, which is truly romantic. The spread is good and appreciable. The family running the business is ready to help for all the needs of the guest. Their approach is highly professional and tourist friendly. God Bless them

Pros: The location by the river is fantastic. Having breakfast and looking out at the water was great. The room with the balcony overlooking the water was comfortable. Close to the night market. A couple of restaurants right in the same alleyway.

Cons: The coffee they served at breakfast was terrible. Over brewed and undrinkable. After 10am (once breakfast is finished) they don't serve anything on the patio. They have this great patio with a wonderful view and you can't even get a drink or a snack to sit and enjoy it. So it remains empty all day. What a waste!

Comfy bed, good view of river and nice location off pretty quiet side street. Staff helpful and friendly.

Had family room with balcony. Perfect view of the river but downside was near breakfast verandah so could hear breakfast setup up early in the morning. Breakfast good but coffee was awful Family room furniture too large for room. both adults whacked our knees on the bedpost and bench as we tried to pass.

We booked a minibus journey from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng and the hotel staff confirmed that this was a serious operator with proper vehicles. However it turned out to be a ‘horror’ trip, completely overloaded with passengers and bags and stops and breaks whenever the driver felt like it; in short: DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS THROUGH THIS HOTEL.

The location was great to get around and we had booked the king room with river view which was worth paying the extra as it had a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was ok, there was some variety, but more effort was made when the large group arrived with different dishes provided.

Arrival of large group, who were extremely noisy, with no respect for other guests, even hanging their underwear which I presume had just been washed on the stairs next to my room! I also booked an airport transfer for when we arrived. However, no one was there to meet us and we had to make our own way.
