The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location was very good for getting around in Georgetown but was still relatively quiet. We had a nice view from our room on the 6th floor. The room type was Suite A, and it was a comfortable size.

There was no hand soap and no hand towels. We found several hairs in the bedroom and bathroom upon arrival. The bedsheet did not fit around the mattress, so it kept sliding around and getting all bungled up. Two days in a row we left our dirty towels in a pile on the floor so Housekeeping would know to change them out, but one day they took the dirty towels but didn't leave us any clean ones at all, and the second day they just left the dirty towels on the floor and didn't give us any clean ones! Several of the lights didn't work. Two of them just needed to have new bulbs put in, and the nice staff person took care of that right away. They told us the maintenance person would come the next day to repair the others, but that person never came, so the lights never did work.

Just opened, everything in good condition. Large studio room had an interesting design and huge windows. Many good places to eat nearby. Quiet residential location but a short walk to many attractions.

Room had a connecting door, I find this disturbing. It should be mentioned in the listing, same as ‘no window’. The manager offered to move me but requested 50 ringgit more for the other studio room (it was only 20 more on this site). Annoying small ‘safety light’ on the roof could not be turned off, lucky I had an eye mask. Large bathroom but no door to the shower, tiny sink and no bench space. Instead, plastic containers suction-cupped to the wall. This felt cheap, things hadn’t been thought through very well.

All was good exceot for location.

The hotel is 1 km away from the city hustle and bustle, but if you don't mind walking it is a good hotel.

It is in a quiet area but still in walking distance to the city centre and many shops and restaurants. The superior double is basic but comfortable and all the facilities worked perfectly.I especially appreciated the really hot water in the shower and the comfy bed. The daily housekeeping is also really good and through.

The only disappointment is that, when I first got to the room, it looked it has been cleaned in a rush. Especially the bathroom was dusty and on the floor dust and black hair were gathering in the corners and around the edges. The day after the room was definitely cleaner after the housekeeping came,so in the end nothing tragic but more attention next time would help avoid a bad first impression.

Great hotel with great, friendly staff. A bit out of center but close enough to walk restaurants and entertainment part of George Town.

As they checked me in at 12:00, but normally icheck in is at 15:30 which is very odd and had never heard that before.

This hotel is suitable for me and my colleague because we are ladies travel.Easy location to search and access to go everywhere. Parking is just nice. The environment is very comfortable.

Not enough food even though the time is around 8.30.need to wait until they finish to topup. Need to contact customer services by my own phone when the television had no access,but we decided to do nothing

Good location a short walk from Chilua street. Small mini mart just down that road for basic conveniences. Friendly staff on arrival for check in. Room is as described, bed was comfy and soft. Daily housekeeping good. Good value for budget room.

The bathroom is a wet room style with no shower curtain so the rest of the floor also gets wet. No hand towels or hand soap provided, only the shower gel. There is no surface counter space for toiletries or belongings. The sink tap is a push button so will not run for long which was generally inconvenient.

We didn't get the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, providing information when we needed it. Good location as it was 5 min walk to New World Park food court and 6 min walk to Giant Supermarket. Would recommend to friends and family.

The rubber for the bathroom door seemed loose during our stay. The shower head was leaking as well.

The location is great, close to the city center and at the same time very quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk will get you almost anywhere in the old Town. The studio room was spacious and comfortable. It had a couch and working area, the view was nice.

Air condition is mounted in the ceiling right on top of the bed, so I had to make the room cold before going to bed and then turn it off for the night.
