The room was spacious. I especially like the large table that was very useful for someone like me who travel for work and need to do a lot of paperwork. I also like the hotel policy of not providing bottled drinking water but instead provide a water dispenser machine just outside my room, how convenient. My room was without window, but still, it did not feel suffocated because the room was just so spacious.

The parking was very limited, probably less than 10 slots available for their private parking, and it was a first come first serve basis. The good thing that I usually away for work during office hour and hence I only need the parking lot after hour. Still, I need to park by the roadside which risk getting a ticket (if during office hour). If you need parking available throughout the day, I suggest you ready to search for parking elsewhere.

We have stayed there for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The hotel is really clean. Design of lobby was great. Room facilities were fine too. Special thanks to staff at the reception, who were always friendly! The bus stop was nearby. I think that this hotel is worth of visiting in Penang as for this price many options on Booking were kinda old.

Clean and comfortable. The location is pretty good. Walking distance to many places. There several good cafes and eateries close by, both local and international.

We had a two-bedroom suite for 4 adults. Wish there was an option for 2 single beds per room but that is not the case. They can only have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bedroom with a double bed perhaps due to space constraint. Overall the beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is convenient because it's walking distance to good food!

At night, we could hear loud music probably from a nearby bar. The toilet has only one switch with light & ventilation fan together so you can't switch on the light without switching on the fan, which is rather loud for us. Wish there were bedside lamps or a nightlight.

I stayed in a family double bedroom—it was very spacious. The bathroom and toilet were comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the water pressure for showering was strong. Everything was clean, and the lighting was good. Overall, it was a great experience, from the staff service to the room itself. If you’re looking for food, there are several eateries nearby within walking distance.

However, parking was a bit challenging as it was limited. But it was okay—when we arrived, the receptionist helped us find a parking spot. I forgot to ask for the staff member’s name, but thank you! oh ya,,One more thing—I think the hotel could provide a fridge for the family room.

This hotel is very near to so much makan place. You can just walk to Chowrasta Market. Just accross the hotel there is Halal Hokkien Mee Udang. Though it is just simple hotel the ambiance are good like an exclusive hotel. There are limited roof parking but luckily I manage to parked there even I reached the hotel at 9 pm. Although the building are just three floor but they provide lift.

it wasn’t perfectly soundproof, as I could occasionally hear people in the corridor or traffic. The bed used a flat sheet instead of a fitted one, which started to pull off after a few days due to frequent turning during sleep. I was also given only two pillows, which felt a bit minimal compared to my usual experiences. Nonetheless, it’s a suitable option for a short stay.

It is a relatively new hotel. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. It was clean and well maintained. The location at Transfer Rd is fantastic. There are many good eateries all within walking distance. Providing indoor slippers was a nice touch.

They allowed only 2 key card access. The suite was very hot in the daytime. We are not able to keep the suite cool while we were out. They are very strict with this 2 key card access. I supposed when we pay almost RM950 a day we had at least be entitled to have an additional card to keep the room cool. There is also no concierge after 11pm except for one security guard. So if u forget to take your card and the guard is doing his walkabouts you will be stranded outside the hotel until he comes back. This actually happened to us. The water from the shower leaks out to the floor because the door design was lacking in that sense.

1. No table or wall mirror except the small one in the bathroom, need better lighting at this mirror (for makeup etc) 2. Glass wall between the shower and the toilet is somewhat in the way and unable to prevent water splash from the shower 3. Bathroom floor tiles are slippery when get wet 4. The reception staff on duty on 2nd day was in bad mood, no greetings when approached, instead of “Can I help you?” she said “Huh? Yeah?”, and responded to inquiries impatiently 5.
