I like the location. The uncle who in charge for receptionists are very nice. I think they are rich people just to fill in free time. Hihi. Maybe they are the owner of the hotel. 🤣🤣They are very nice person. Hoping they will have good health. Overall i will come back to this hotel if i come to Penang. Price is affordable with the size of the room. Quite spacious for me of you compared to other hotel.

Close to Old Town and view on the ocean. Option to store luggage.

Smell of detergents in the room when we entered. Water of shower wet whole bathroom.

the hotel looks like an 'old' hotel but the interior was not. the mattress & pillow also very good (as per my room). the sea view was excellent with the large size of window. all the veteran staff was good and very friendly. good access for OKU using wheelchair.

when u deal with old people, they quite straight forwards in any matters. need to be patient more.

The room is clean and nice, suitable for those who wanted to find a place and stay overnight after a long day journey. The toilet is clean as well. The location is in the middle of the city so it is quite convenient to go anywhere, but the parking will be quite challenging if during peak seasons which there is limited parking slot and you have to park at opposite of the hotel which cost rm20 per night, we went during off peak periods so there is not problem. The staff is friendly and nice.

There is no electric kettle, but thermos water bottle which u need to fill up water. The thermos water bottle is not so clean.

The room was huge and the price is reasonable. I pay for a 4 people room and it was big enough that it could fit another person there. Including tax in only RM200.88 per night. The location is strategic as well as it is in the middle of the town.

The parking space was limited though and if the hotel parking is full you have to park you car anywhere else

The staffs were very helpful. The location was close to the city center and perfect to wonder around the town. Many attractive restaurants near by.

Room amenities were not much. But there was a water server in the elevator hall so it was ok to keep hydrated

The location is near town. It's just a walking distance to the good eateries. The main road is not busy, easy for us to bring kids to cross the road

1. The parking is very limited and narrow. 2. The loud noise from the pub in front of the hotel is quite bothering. 3. There is a spring coming out from the bed

Prompt service from staff and willing to listen to our comments and complaints.

No bottled drinking water or 2 in one drinking powder such as tea / coffee provided to fix our own drinks.
