Very nice studio hotel, strategic location, and amazing kind staff. Clean and has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend

Not really a con cus it’s mentioned in their profile. But the place is at a very busy street, so you can hear the traffic going on. It kinda stops late night but start back again around 7am ish. With proper earplugs it should be no problem.

- The bedroom had an unpleasant smell 😔 - We arrived on a Friday night and there was loud music/people outside until early AM hours (not sure if it is like that every Friday as we only stayed there for less than a week).

The room was in a great downtown location with many restaurants, a bakery, and several mini-marts nearby. We did not have a car so we either walked or took Grab to go everywhere and it worked great. The main living space was large and we spent a lot of time at the dining table or on the couch during the warmer parts of the day. The bedroom was separate so if one of us got up early we did not bother the other. The combo washer/drawer was great to have as well. The room had a good shower and a decent-size bathroom as well.

The room was beginning to show some wear. Some missing flecks of paint on the walls, a chip in the flooring, a large stain on the seat of the couch, and so on. The bum gun in the bathroom leaked, but it was easy to turn the water to the hose off between uses, so not a great problem. There was nobody in the property's office during our stay, so we had to communicate via WhatsApp with the staff, including sending them a message when we were 10-15 minutes away on arrival. That could be troublesome if a traveler did not have phone service arranged before arrival. We were there during Ramadan so they may have been running on fewer staff than normal, but response times were good nevertheless.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. We appreciated the water filter in the kitchen. Located within an easy walk to shopping malls, street markets, and restaurants. We loved the access straight onto the street. Communication with the hotel was easy via WhatsApp and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive to queries and requests. We loved our time here.

Being close to a busy intersection meant that street noise was invasive at times. The access stairs from street level would be a challenge for anyone with mobility needs. The hotel staff did carry our bags up for us when we arrived, which we really appreciated.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and conveniently situated in front of an excellent Nasi Kandar restaurant. If you're not a light sleeper, the street noise won't be an issue. The room itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings that add to the sense of openness. It comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. The staff are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

No elevator/ lift. So, if you bring big luggages, they'd be a hassle.

The property was spacious. Bed comfortable. Sufficient clothing storage space. Washer/dryer was really good as we were halfway through our 3.5 week holiday and in need of some clean washing. Bathroom very nice. A great base to explore the area. There was a lovely gift of 2 oranges and an envelope with 2 chocolate coins to celebrate Chinese New Year left on the dining table to welcome us which was very thoughtful.

It took a while to get used to the traffic noise as our room was right next to the crossroad junction and the motorbikes were very noisy but we were expecting some noise as its a busy city.

The property is clean and updated with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom clean with good shower pressure. Aircon works fine and quiet. Large spacious room. Large bed with soft and comfortable pillows. Most of the eateries and places of interest are within walking distance if don't mind the traffic otherwise you call a Grab taxi which is the most convenient way to move around the town and the fare is reasonable. The staff Seyviar Lam and team were very helpful and nice. Check in was smooth and they allow me to check in early. Communication is through "whatsapp" and the response is fast.

The property is along the road side if don't mind the traffic noise . Need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The room was easily accessible. It is a single unit with its own entrance. The distance was just a block away from penang road

The room was on the second door so if you are travelling with someone disabled it would be a bit hard for you.

Everything! It was very clean and spacious and comfy! Situated at the best location in my opinion as it is near to alot of attractions. It definitely feels like home. And the area is quiet too during our stay. My daughter has very sensitive ears and easily awake when there’s a slight sound, but she didnt wake up during her sleep at all! The staffs were very attentive and helpful during our stay as well. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, they managed to come by on time to ease all the processes. I will definitely come back and stay at Hutton Suites again!

There’s no dustbin near the pantry area but it wasnt an issue at all

Second time we visit The Hutton Central. It was great the first time, and it was as great this time too. The customer service is attentive and reliable, the rooms are comfortable. It's great for longer stays as it's furnished with kitchen and washing machine.

The only minor problem is the presence of night lights. I understand this is a security measure, but the Emergency Exit sign and the lights on the stairway cannot be turned off at any time, so the whole apartment will be bright at night.
