I really like the strategic location, it is convenient to go many famous attractions.

It's quite noisy in the midnight, think the wall are too thin.

The main positives of this hotel are its location and comparative pricing, as well having its own small car park. It's a relatively new hotel, offering basic accmmodation that does the job; quite clean and in good condition. There are several dining options near the hotel, with a large Penang-style food court only about 5 minutes away on foot.

Toiletries were fairly basic (i.e. no hand soap), and apart from a hanging rack, there was very limited cupboard/drawer space. OK for a short stay, but otherwise one would literally have to live out of one's suitcase.

Since its new, eeeeverything in our room looks like new! 🤣🤩 complete with iron & iron board, towels, toileteries 💯👍🏻

The hotel looks newly renovated, our room was spacious enough and spotless. Everything was great, we liked that the location is in a quieter area away from the loud bars, but not far from all the Georgetown's popular spots, so it's easy to walk anywhere. Wifi worked fine during our stay. I appreciate that the hotel is very strict about their no smoking policy, as we had a bad experience with other guests smoking elsewhere.

The walls are rather thin (which seems to be the case in all places in Malaysia), so I recommend bringing earplugs if you are easily woken up. Unfortunately, sometimes guests returning back at night can be loud. Also, I don't think there was a breakfast option, which was fine for us, as there are so many great food places around.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One thoughtful feature I really appreciated was the hot and cold water dispensers available in the hotel lobby—very convenient! Bottled water was also provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The only downside was that the corridor outside the hotel rooms wasn’t air-conditioned, which made it feel quite warm and stuffy at times.

Location was rather central. Easy to get Grab to go anywhere. Launderette was about 200-300m away, just cross the main road.

Would have been nice to have a shower door so that water does not spill onto the floor outside the shower. The hotel restaurant was still not open when I asked. Good to have breakfast in the package.

Great location. No clubs nearby so very quiet and comfortable at night. The room size is bigger than expected. Room came with iron board, locker with number combination lock, amenities like soap, toothbrush and etc. So travellers can just come with ease!

Parking is a bit limited. The basement parking is not suitable for big or MPV cars. The shower's wall border is a bit short. So water will overflow towards the toilet main section.

It's clean and located in the city center. It's an easy commute to my designated workplace. Very convenient overall. Easy access to nearby local food stalls.

For the rate and price in Penang Island, the location overall is good, but it would have been better if the coffee machine were working or breakfast were provided. Overall, it was a good stay.

Cosy, very clean and good location, Please upkeep and maintain your current condition of the hotel. Would love to stay there when visiting Penang again. Will definitely recommend this place to all.

During shower, water splashing and wetting the dry area. Too little parking available Carpeted floor in the hallway. This will create a lot of dirt, dust and bad adour in a long run.

Some front desk staff (men) dressed in t-shirts (casual wear, not hotel branded) The list of charges for incidental was a little out off, but understandable. 🙂
