Close and conveniently located close to everything! Free water dispenser was wonderful! Bathroom set up was great, water drained well into drain so toilet area dried up quickly. Very accommodating lent us a desk to use because the photo made it look like there was a desk area.

Wished they had a fridge.

I like the location..right in the middle of the town and attraction..easy access and fast service by staff..staff also kind and friendly

Maybe add more socket outlet beside the bed.. And if can standby more parking spot for motorcycle..

My suggestion, i wish they got iron inside every room to ease guest iron clothes without have to go outside 🫰🏻

Overall stay is good.. Near bus station and all the famous attractions..

The room is not as what we expect from the picture provided.. It is smaller than the photo.. Just enough for you to stand and open up your luggage 😅

The location so strategic...easy to access to food, shops via public transport n walking..our rooms are clean n toilet functioning well...the staff are friendly, from.front counter up to the cleaner ...kudos..

Spacious room and family friendly.

There's not enough towels and toiletries. The toilet a bit high so elder people has difficulties to use it. No mini fridge either.

staff were great. The location is in the centre of old town, within walking distance of many attractions.

Not much to complain about. Everything was fine.
