The hotel is quite new and in a great location between Muntri and Chulia streets. It’s a very walkable location for the many sights and restaurants of George Town. The hotel was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in 2 months of travelling. The photos were accurate as to condition and size - I stayed in Cyan which is small but adequate for me as a solo traveller.

There was a small rack to hang clothes but otherwise no other storage space or shelves for clothes. Unfortunately as with many Malaysian hotels, there are no rooms with balconies.

the room quit clean got my room at level 5 & can see the sceneries over the town. all the facilities include i used water heater, aircond, tv, wifi is working nicely. girl receptionist also very kind soft spoken. i also love that you can js walk in the area to find food/ mini mart. very strategic lah. 3d2n really i enjoyed it. lastly i really love the design of hotel. clean.

5/10 the room space quit small actually. so very limited lah i think 3 people js nice. parking area also limited who fast you got lah but also js careful to parking because of the space also 6/10.

i like how the hotel was near almost every places. 12minutes to komtar by walking, near chulia street, near to the beca terminal, near foodcourt, 24h laundry, 24mart. The hotel was quite new, the color & design were modern style. they give 2 card per room. this is very easy for us to going in and out from the hotel. if one dont want to go out, one can stay. the Hotel was secure with the card. Breakfast was very delicious. buffet style & different each day. Some of the food might not be there but you can request it. they did not prepare any creamer ontop of the table but you can request, some of the guest even request for scrambled egg which is not on the buffet menu.

they should improve on the drainage system. As we using the shower room, the water was block and takes time to dissolved. the space was a little bit narrow, our luggage & shoe already take 25% of the room. the king size bed was about 55%, they put a sofa and a way which took about 20% of the room… for a small family like me, got one child (3 of us) its a bit narrow. they did not do a room service, the small dustbin was full on our last day. there were no closet, only a hanger.

The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Blue Mansion, the Protestant Cemetery & wandering around Georgetown soaking up the atmosphere, food & street art. We only stayed one night but the WiFi worked fine. We were provided with bottled water & there is a minimart opposite which was open late where we could buy water & beer. The air conditioned foyer was a good place to wait for our grab driver.

Our room was small & I wouldn’t have wanted to spend longer than one night there. I’m not a fussy eater, but the breakfast was disappointing.

the location is superb. walkable distance to all the makan places. 3 to 4 convenience stores around the hotel. also walkable distance to the beach area. Check in /out process is very smooth and the staffs are friendly.

the arrangement of the furniture might need some improvement for the odd sized room. its a corner triangle room. the placement of the tv and bed is bit off. and the pointed corner of the room is abit waste of space, which something can be done to make it better the bed not as comfortable as expected

The room is cozy. They provided smart tv which very good to relax while watching movie. Room cleanliness was exceptional.

The parking space is very tight. I drove a mpv and it cant fit in the parking space. Plus, the spot is very very limited. There was parking space nearby however it wil charge you RM30 for overnight parking which is nonsense. If you were lucky, you will find vacant parking spot in yellow box on the roadside however you will surely find a parking ticket on your windscreen on the next morning.

My room was so cute. Small but it was comfy. The location is also very convenience to the eateries and food massage. Definitely will come again :).

Should have Iron & ironing board in the room and very limited parking space.

Location very good. Room were nicely done up with firm bed that was great for sleeping. Good value for money. Showers and bathroom exceeded expectations. Cleaning staff wonderful. Overall is really good value

Breakfast was not good with little choice so suggest don't take breakfast option

The location was good, very near to many restaurants and shops. The room is modern and they even have smart TV, which is nice to see. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are also very helpful.

The room is a bit small. If you travel alone, it is fine. But wouldn't recommend if you're sharing it someone else. There was not much toiletries provided. Only shampoo and small bottle of hand wash/body wash. No toothbrush were provided as well. It would be better if they can provide these amenities.

Above all, we found the staff, in particular at reception, to be incredibly helpful. This hotel is in a great location for places if interest as well as bars and restaurants.Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and Choice was limited but reasonable quality and eggs cooked to order by very pleasant and helpful staff.

Aware of people using the lift anc opening/closing doors in the corridor.
