Staffs are so friendly. Very good location. Very comfortable mattress and pillow. Clean toilet and shower room. The smart TV can watch youtube and netflix. They provide water dispenser.

I feel vibration from near bar 1am to 3am. It's so annoying and disturb me.

I thought the shared bathroom means sharing among ladies only. Its still mixed only the cubicle have distingushly labelled male & female. Our room got a bit noisy sound not sure coming from where but we didnt complaint as we’re too lazy to move our belongings in case need to change room. Since we spent most of our time outside and came only for sleep, the sound didnt bother us much but its still better to get it checked and fixed. FYR its room no 109.

Hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to everywhere, 7/11 3 mins away, public bus stops literally outside. Rooms are really nicely done, bed is comfy, furnishing are great, towel clean so all in all pretty good.

My room was facing the street and as mentioned in other reviews, the street the hotel is on, is a party street and there are a few bars/clubs very close by so if you are a sensitive sleeper you won't be able to sleep well - you can literally feel the bass while in your bed. Also soundproofing (at least in my room) is poor, you can hear the noise on the street, car/buses/motorbikes passing by, windows are single glaze and walls seem like made of MDF or similar material. That aside the place is really well located and nice :)

The staff were very friendly and flexible, also helping us in a very difficult situation were a lot of the people in our group staying at the hotel having to rest up because they got sick during the trip. They were very flexible and helped a lot, even giving us a discount for one of the rooms to help us out and accomodate one of the sick in a separate room. The rooms and facilities were very clean and modern, where it was very comfortable to stay. The sick people could recover faster, and it felt like a blessing that we picked this place to stay at.

The shower rooms and bathrooms were a bit dirty, and sometimes we had to wait for the staff to come to the desk because they were occupied and chatting with another friend (non-worker) at the back of the hotel.

The strategic location as you can pretty much walk to anywhere else in Georgetown without a long walk. Moreover, the room is small but cosy, one which is suitable for a small group of friends or maybe couples.

The toilet, which is a shared one, is sometimes not the cleanest. While not necessarily dirty, I hope that hotel guests should take care of the cleanliness of the lavatory more and, most importantly, try their best to keep the 'dry' zone dry.

Rooms are cozy, new and you can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. Toilets are shared but plenty of space in each cabinet to leave ur clothes and have ur shower. Also has a washing machine and a dryer machine to use after pay a little fee in reception. They provide you the soap so don't be like us and buy them... We have an electric issue in the building one night but nothing you can do about it. So I don't count it as something negative. Overall, a nice place to stay.

There's plenty of young people. Georgetown is a very lively city at night so I had a little disconfort with the washing machines. Cause it it just one per floor, you have to share it and some young guys were not as respectful as they should. But it didn't spoiled my time there.

This is a new and nice hotel. Since I travelled alone in Malaysia the hotel met all my expectations I’m terms of room size. The room has everything you need. It was not a big problem for me to take a shower or go to the toilet in the shared bathroom. The bathroom was kept clean and the hotel was so quiet during my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. I walked from the ferry terminal to the hotel in 20 minutes. It is within walking distance to many touristic attractions. I did not have any problem with service. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The receptionist Arafat is warm and friendly. The hotel is good value for money.

Maybe some modifications can be done in the hotel. For example, little fridges can be put in the rooms in the future. This is just a suggestion. The electricity is shut down even when we go to the bathroom. I understand that this is for safety but this should happen after 15 minutes.

It is located in the center of town, with bus stations nearby for easy access. The facility is also within walking distance of Armenian Street and the night market. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The room is spacious enough for two people, and the mattress and pillows are clean and comfortable. Complimentary water is available from a water machine, and there is a microwave and refrigerator provided. Additionally, a washing and drying machine is available for a small fee. The neighborhood is lively and safe.

the room was bright, comfortable and had a nice view overlooking the roofs of the neighboring buildings. the shared bathrooms are clean and spacious. the location is great. markets and street found is around the corner and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Most important: The staff is super friendly and helpful

Great location and friendly staff, free use of the washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed and dark rooms. They give earplugs for noise

Very noisy especially if you get unlucky with neighbours which we did one night, not the hotels fault! But you can hear through the walls. Music is very loud from midnight to 4am from a local bar.
