I booked the quadruple room - it was spacious. The bathroom too. Check-in and out was very fast. My room was facing the main road - fascinating to watch people walking by. Room has tv, fridge, mugs, hot water jug, 3-in-1 drinks, and toiletries. Area is quite quiet considering there are bars nearby. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. For the rate I booked, it's definitely worth it.

Iron and water dispenser is outside at the common area, not provided in the room.

Great location in the heart of Georgetown with plenty of places to eat and drink and within walking distance of all the main sites in Georgetown. Comfortable room with kettle and fridge.

Slow check in. Be warned that the hotel requires a RM 100 cash deposit on check in, returnable on check out. Room safe didn't work and the key card failed and needed re-setting.n

The location is perfect: right on Chulia Street. The room is quiet, despite there being a mosque next door and a bar upstairs.

The outlet for the fridge was not working. I plugged the fridge into the TV outlet and it worked. (I never use TVs in hotels)

I always stay at Chulia Mansion when in Georgetown. Comfortable rooms, clean, and perfect location in the old town. Sahrul from reception is ever so kind, his smile makes your day! Try the rooftop bar at night, it's nice and guests get 15% off for drinks.

Check in not before 3pm this time as the rooms were not ready. There was no fridge in the room (superior king room) Lady at reception claimed that this room type has no fridge, but all the other times i stayed here, it had 😅 Fortunately she had one brought over.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice neat rooms. Great location, near shops, eateries etc, and nearby bus stops Good off street parking. Access to hot water. Coffee /tea sachets provided daily.

No bedside light. TV is poor.

When I arrived the hand soap dispenser was empty. The mini-fridge was not cleaned out, it had three half empty containers from previous occupants. Shower does need an up grade, gray paint like finish peeling off in three large areas.

Booked family room, it's spacious even after putting extra bed. Interior is modern and simple. Got free gift for Christmas

Have to wait for almost 1 hour to get room (short of staff). Coming during Christmas break, hopefully the receptionist can be more friendly & knowledgeable when tourists ask about attraction places (he just answered i don't know since i didn't celebrate it) which makes me speechless (i'm Muslim too and didn't celebrate but we like to see nice things..

The location is really good, except that very close to the bars. . If you need to go to sleep at 10:00pm, this is not a good choice.

Bathroom : the paints on the wall almost fall off. Need to renovate

Very good communications. Helpful in more difficult situations. Good central location. Terrific value. Nice basic room, with all the necessities. Room service staff very co-operative too. AC is excellent. Off road parking.

TV service is fairly poor.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They even prepared cakes for my anniversary. Overall, we had an amazing time and good experience on our stay. Thank you. 😀🫰👏💪👍

The shower head holder detached from the wall, and TV channels are limited.
