I had an amazing stay at this backpacker hostel in Penang! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to numerous attractions, restaurants, and bars. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of adventures. The common area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or socializing. There’s always something fun happening every night, from movie nights and pool tournaments to live acoustic performances, making it easy to meet fellow travelers and enjoy the community vibe. The real standout is the staff. Every one of them was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and it’s a big reason why I’d return to this hostel the next time I visit Penang. It’s a wonderful hostel with a perfect mix of comfort, activities, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the aircon plus fans in the common area can get a bit too chilly 😅

Super nice brand new Hostel, the beds, staff, public area is prefect and really worth for the price that i pay. The Host Aaron also very friendly and helpful.

Great location - in the middle of the old town, close to street foods and many bars and restauranst. You can discover main Georgetown points by the walk. It is located in the quiet street so you don't hear any music or noise from the neighbourhood. Rooms are very spacious with good and comfortable beds and air conditioning working all the time. Everyone gets access to safe locker where you can put all your luggage.

Given the number of beds, the number of available toilets and showers is very low.

This is my favorite hostel in Georgetown! You can’t beat the location — just a two minute walk to the bar street and bustling restaurant area. The cleanliness here is also impeccable. I constantly saw staff sweeping and cleaning to make sure the facilities stayed clean and sand-free. The place is brand new and only opened about a month ago, so the facilities, beanbags, and stuff were super comfortable and new. The common area was really bright and comfortable with lots of tables for socializing, perfect for meeting fellow travelers!

One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Extremely friendly staff, everything very clean, dorm (the big one) was nice (though some guests just don't know how to behave in hostels during quiet time - but yeah, welcome to a traveller's life lol), the beds are comfy, the showers are big and there is always something nice going on such as open mics and movie nights.The lobby is a nice place to mingle and to just chill. And the kitchen on the rooftop is a plus. Thanks for everything. Especially to Aina 💛

The hostel is super comfortable. The dorms are quiet, dark with good curtains, clean and fresh (ac). The whole hostel gets cleaned multiple times per day. The social vibe is good, not a party hostel (but located just behind the street with the bars), but some activities like trivia, movie night are organized. They also provide suggestions and maps on what to do (there's a lot to do around!) I stayed for nearly 2 weeks 😋😋 I would come back here next time!

This hostel is simply awesome! It’s super clean, really spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The beds have their own charging ports and privacy curtains, which is a nice touch. The common areas are great, especially the rooftop where you can relax anytime. The co-working space is perfect if you need to get some work done, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The staff are super friendly and organize fun events like movie nights and trivia, with free beers for the winners. The location is perfect, close to bars, street art, and street food. Highly recommend staying here!

It is a very nice aesthetic place to stay as a solo traveller, most importantly, very cool place to connect with people around the world, mostly of your age group. The staff member was kind enough to take my bag up the stairs in front of my bed. There is a kitchen at the rooftop, it gives really coay vibes. I loved it! Every food market is close to this place, I walked two minutes straight from the hotel and ended up on a falafel began wrap cafe at 1 am. The other time, I went to a place called little india, the food was really good there as well.

Location is nearly Georgetown (Lovelane), lot of famous is around here, few minutes can arrive. 3min walk can arrive central area (Chulia Street), so can get peaceful moment during night time indirectly. And here have rooftop space for enjoy nature wind and night view if insomnia in midnight. Level 2 provide co-working space for guest, don't need to find some place for follow up work immediately. One of the point are satisfy is enough parking space, i don't need worry about my vehicle. Some Place Else also provide motorbike parking slot, I can choose bike trip to here in future. Government also setup bike rental point at here, spend few minutes by phone app access then can cycling in this heritage city.

Another side is government clinic, people always come to visit during day time. Abit traffic jam in certain timing. Properlyl are new open, cafe service are not ready yet so can't take a coffee at Ground floor immediately. Last, can't get new friends hangout together at here, abit boring after dinner time especial during raining night.

I love this hostel! They have open mic nights on Thursdays that were really fun and they also did a few other events like movie and game nights. I met some of the coolest people at this place and we ended up traveling together for a while. Can’t recommend this place enough — especially for solo travelers. They also keep the place really clean and are right next to the shopping/bar/restaurant area.

Not much! They were in the process of constructing a kitchen when I stayed here, so once that is complete the place is going to be even better.
