Great location

Second bad encounter stay in room 101 but couldn't sleep well due to loud music n noisy clients till midnight n the staff did the best to educated n these people frm making noise but they did not follow the order n instructions given by the staff n at one point the fire alarm alert due to excessive smoking in 3 rooms due to smoking n really gives other clients a nightmare...but overall thnx to the staff whom handled it professionally....thnx guys

I liked the lovely staff. They were really friendly, caring and helpful. The room was clean and the location was perfect for walks around George Town with plenty of restaurants, excellent street food and live music venues nearby.

The structure of the building causes the sound of loud conversations to amplify down the hallway. While it was often quiet and peaceful, there were, however, several family groups staying during the week we were there who conversed by shouting from the doorways of their multiple rooms sometimes 6 rooms apart. I know it's a big ask of the hotel's charming staff to confront noise-makers. I don't know what the solution is. Perhaps more signs requesting quiet or even silence after 11.00 pm would help?

Ideal locstion, on bus route, I suppose being Chinese New Year expecting a quiet room was out of the wuestion

Slamming doors and no hot water

Everything was okay this time compared to last stay . Only one is less . Mirror outside to get ready. It's difficult when getting ready . Other than that nothing much to tell 🫶

Flexibility and friendly staff, but not all staff especially night staff

Some of the room have mold in bathroom and condition of the roo. Was mediocre

location is strategic, in the middle of nice eateries. Definitely will come back for next trip.

i wish the bathroom was a bit larger, especially for tall people like myself.

this place is located in the middle of town Frm here you can just walk to little Indian and many places. Cafes and restaurants all are nearby just in walking distances

on my last day stay there was cat baby sound frm our room celling it was like a car just give birth. the shower wasn’t hot enough. we will get a bath in cool water so I hope the hotel can improve on shower

Very friendly staff at reception. Good location. Both Rina and Nas ( new staff) were very helpful with directions and my friends and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you Rina and Nas.

Location is good, and walkable distance to many food stalls and bars. Facilities are well equipped. Bed is in good quality. Desk provided is good for light working.

The aircond is dusty, perhaps a service will be better for people whose nose are sensitive to air quality.

Location alone score 10/10 marks. You cannot go hungry and you'll be spoil by choice of food, just a stone throw away. Luckily it is 10doors away from the nearest open bar/ music clubs, you get a peaceful night sleep.

Didn't notice during booking, the room has no tv. Anyway, it was a biz trip. I only use it for resting.
