The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was always clean and in good condition. The AC, WiFi, and water pressure were strong. The location was close to many bars and restaurants, as well as museums and other attractions. It was always easy for Grab drivers to find and pick guests up at the hotel. I was really happy staying there seven nights.

Because the room I was staying in didn't have a window, it would have been nice if there was a desk lamp or a dimmer switch. It felt like my lighting options were pitch black or very bright! Not a big deal, though. Also, it would be good if the hotel had a few universal power adapters for travellers.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they called to check on my late arrival and even turned on the air-conditioning beforehand to make the room more comfortable. They guided me on where to park, offered great hospitality, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The hotel also serves capsule coffee and provides nice extras like bath scrub salt and soap for soaking.

There’s no lift, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the second floor. Though the staff offered to help, I felt a bit shy to accept because my luggage was quite heavy. 😂

The location is strategies along the heritage building in the heart of George Town. Muntri Maison has a peaceful vibe, with cozy spaces and a laid-back atmosphere. The interior design is often noted for its minimalistic and mainly white theme.

However, Muntri Maison is lack of facilities such as a full gym and pool. While Muntri Maison has a coffee machine in the room, but there lack of tea bags.

Amazing value for money. Stylish, brand new property. The bed deserves a separate mention! Heavenly!

Only downside I'd say is no windows in the room, but otherwise rok special and nicely lit

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of major attractions restaurants and bars in Georgetown. The rooms were to a great standard and were comfortable and clean. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to our needs. There was a small fridge in the room which was great.

The rooms do not have windows, so used lights all the time.

Excellent clean modern hotel near all amenities shops and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful,particularly Shantok who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

We're tall people so with the headboard, the bed was too short us.

The hotel were nice, clean and the staff here was amazing. The location is good with many eateries and bar around. Check in process was fast and efficient. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back here for out next visit to Penang! 🥰

Location is excellent. Close to a lot of eateries. Very walkable to everywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and tidy.
