The room is spacious. The amenities provided are sufficient. There's a 24 hour restaurant available below the hotel and it provides free delivery. There's also a convenient store below the hotel.

The room looked clean but there were small cockroaches that came out in the kitchen at night.

Staff is nice, they're willing to help you and answer your question. The rooms are great as well. From 2 nights we decided to extend it for another one day.

The location is pretty far from stations. So, if you have a lot of luggage it's not an ideal place unless you take The grab. Taking the KL Sentral is nearest than taking the pasar seni, so, you need to be careful as Google map is quite decisiving. Also from the hotel to KL Sentral, it's 10-15 minutes walk, so not good during rainy days 😅. There's no restaurant nearby, but there is a cafe at the lobby but if you're not a fan of local dish you have to walk to KL Sentral.

The owner is not that friendly. Lucky me the staff at the banquet, Syadi is very friendly and helpful. Everything is fine except for the toilet and bedroom. There is no door to the toilet. So its not convenience for me and my family. The rest are excellent

We liked everything, except that the showers near the pool were under construction. The pool was amazing with an open view that is breathtaking. This property has so many good things going for it that almost no other property I know provides. Vallet parking is at RM25 per day only. Laundry is self-service with zero extra charges and the detergent is available. The hotel offers food and drinks 24 hours at normal prices. We needed an extra bed, and got one soon at only RM 60. The staff was incredibly hospitable and professional. The view from the room looked at a mostly beautiful area with the skyscrapers far a bit, so it felt really satisfy.

The parking at the property was full, so we had to park in the nearby TNB parking. It is connected, but we had to pay RM 40. Parking at KL Sentral and going to the hotel could have been much better. The bathroom unfortunately has no main door which is a really bad thing when visiting the toilet. But we didn't face that much trouble as there were no bad smells.

Everything except the check in and check out

The staff is unreachable during the checkout process. We check out earlier than the time as we have train to board and he is uncontactable.

Safe and a quiet residence, no disturbance at all with nice and clean apartments. I've been here a year or two ago and things have remained satisfying as they used to be.

The restaurant there used to be has been closed, I liked having break fasts in there. The rooms are noticeably not well maintained but much better than the place I stayed at before. WiFi was relatively slow and unstable, I wasn't in the state to complain straight to the hotel staff and was tired from the long trip my family had.

The room was spacious and clean and the front desk was quite helpful. The check-in and check out were smooth and the deposit was refunded once we checked out.

The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a door :-( so any time one had to use the bathroom the other would have to leave the room. I hope they can put in a door.

I adore everything about the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was surprised because all of the facilities were excellent. VERY NICE ROOM! It's fantastic! The price was substantially lower (middle of KL) and very affordable! Last but not least, THE VIEW! OMG, I ADORE THE VIEWS. I hope this hotel keeps their hotel costs low so that I can visit it frequently.
