Staff are friendly and accommodating. They assigned room 8802 at first but I didn't like the layout (with 2 windows from both directions hence it's more noisy), broken AC remote control, weird design of the bathroom (the toilet is at the narrow tiny space behind of the door, facing super near to the wall. Hence they changed me to 8801 upon requested. Room is spacious with city view. Free parking is awesome! And it's also near the famous indian stall: Lawanya!

Low quality coffee and tea. That's the only thing i would use when staying in the hotel, it's kinda disappointing that they picked the bad coffee and tea that I didn't even heard it before. Mattress isn't good but acceptable. Also, the manager should not interrupt the staff during the check in process, I paid the deposit and they got distracted by the manager and asked me again, thank god I remember I have paid it. Please stay alert to avoid paying twice.

I rates 10 for Scott Hotel because to me complete my needs and comfort to the level and met my expectations. The staffs played big roles and bellman whom served us from checked in till we bit goodbye very natural gesture. The housekeeping well attended, we only asked for drinking water and toilet rolls. No room make up during our stays there. The room with basic needs and functioned. We had lunch at your Cafe and we loved it. I highly recommended this place. My only advise to check the Iron in room to tidy the wires back for safety concern and to stick neatly the plug points close to the dressing mirror.

Location near National Museum. Have iron, ironing board and prayer sejadah which is very convenient. Good selection of ala’ carte breakfast with nice music and clean restaurant. Room have fan too and air conditioner, very cold.

Room very small, its L shape which is tight to move around. Don’t be fooled by the name, its not connected to KL Sentral.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent, especially the bellman who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room was very comfortable and just the right size for three of us. We also appreciated the basement parking it felt safe and convenient, and we didn't have to worry about parking outside. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back again!

The bed is very comfy. Daily housekeeping if you ask for it.

Sometimes there’s buffet. Sometimes they give you only a menu to choose whether you want Asian or Western breakfast but it’s always delicious.

The location is strategic in the heart of kuala lumpur. Near Kl sentral and Tun Sambaran Monorail. Walking distance to go to both stations. Staff is good. Guard helps me to carry my bags to the lobby when i arrived for check in. Parking is limited. They have basement parking which is you need to get in a lift and it will bring you down to the basement. Free parking. There are also a few parking sport in front of the hotel but very limited. The room is clean. I book for triple room and the room is big. For muslim it easy to solat coz got a lot of spaces plus they also provide sejadah. Got iron and iron table in the room. No need to ask from reception. Overall, value for money ☝🏼

The room and toilet was clean, well ventilated. Beyond expectations for its value. We had a really good sleep as the beds and pillows were very comfy. Stay here, recommended! Well done to the cleaning crew, our rooms were very very clean. Will stay here again in the future. The rest of the staff, from the valet to the front desk, they were just so friendly and kind. Thank you so much!

The breakfast.. As mention by other travellers.. Hope management can do something.. Dont just give nasi lemak n roti n 3 choices of food..
