The studio suites is spacious and the bed is clean and comfortable. I like the bathroom come with 2 basin and the shower water pressure is strong enough. Walking distance to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral Mall .Overall is value for money.

The management should upkeep the maintenance of the room. The TV doesn't have any channel to see, the the living room and the working station light bulbs are spoils. Should provide a wet floor mat at the toilet because every time when finish shower, the water is stuck on the bathroom. I almost slipped myself.

I love the city view and swimming pool. But don't have jacuzzi. The checkin checkout is easy. The staff are friendly. We communicate via ws and fast response from staff. We extended 1 more night bcs it’s so comfy! Room facilities got washer,kettle,hair dryer,tv,Netflix, wifi, microwave and plate all complete. It’s safe place.Car park charges also affordable rm10 per day, rm20 per night.

Check is a firm but fair 3pm

They have the receptionist on stand at the counter, so we can actually collect the key and parking card access at the drop off, comparing to some host - we will need to call them in advance / collect the key at some other building.

Will need to lower down the expectation towards the welcoming counter. As it is not bright, so it makes it looked a bit dated. However, you will be there for just max 10 min, guess not a big deal.

I really liked the facilities provided as well as how comfortable the room was.

I didn't like how the lobby and hallways were hot (there weren't any air-conditioning). And the location of the place was quite inconvenient as booking a grab gets quite challenging at times as well as pricey.

The location is very convenient as it's near to kl sentral and taking a cab to tourist spot is also not far distant. The room is comfy and reasonable price. Staff is friendly to help on your questions.

Very roomy. Nice to have separate sitting room and a kitchen. Easy walk to KL Sentral, and Pasa Seni is an easier more pleasant walk Very helpful staff.

The location was easily to access to multiple famous location in KL Centre, and there was a lot food option around the spot, convenance for working around Kuala Lumpur as well, the unit fit my request and the staff was friendly

All are exceptional.. Keep it up. I hope to stay here for next trip and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Only thw lamp in master bedroom didnt work. Hope u will fix it for next customer
