The hostel is easy to find. 15 min walk to Little India and KL Sentral, and 25 min walk from Chinatown (Petaling street). The staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the room was good. The bed was big and there was a fridge and slippers and toothbrushes and complimentary mineral water. The shower hose was broken but there was another big shower head that could be used so Im not complaining about that. What I can't grasp is the design of these rooms if all of them are similar. The bathroom is next to the bed and it's all in stained-like glass. Toilet seat is literally centimeters away from the left side of the bed. So if someone goes to poop, the other person can see, hear and literally be there! Zero privacy and I really don't understand how did anyone think this is gonna work and yet somehow it is. Probably for single people and for people who have to kick each other out of the room in order to get some privacy in the toilet. So the shower head and the mold in the shower cabin were another complaint but I reported them and hopefully it will be solved as I was reassured. But the design flaw, that's something else :')

King deluxe was comfortable and large. A/C worked very well and the place was clean and I had water provided new each day.

There was some construction ongoing, and some drilling really echoed very loudly in my room in the morning but when I asked the front desk if they could stop they asked the workers to stop and work on something else they did for a few hours. I chose to stay in Sentral because I thought it would be convenient for the airport as I was just there for 2 days, however, I ended up taxiing to other parts of the city to go out and eat and see things so maybe I should have just stayed in the other neighbourhoods. There isn't much to do around the hotel itself.

Room is quite spacious and with a twin bed. Hotel is pretty much very clean. Great location and very near to city center. Just 10 ringets for taxi to city center. Two bars on the street for mild relaxation. Very great value for money.

Television set has very limited options for channels. I think only 5 of it. The only English movie channel always plays lots of adverts. Toilet had no toilet brush for the room. I did not request for this from reception. The cleaners always walks about making so much noise along the hallways.

Got Upgraded to Suite Room (from Executive King room) by Mr Larif at Reception. So obviously I had a great and comfortable stay for about half the cost. Suite had smart TV connected to Internet. Strong AC. Fabulous hot shower with hot water in wash basin too. It was very quiet inside the room. Toilet paper, tooth brush, slippers and Huge towels were provided. Small fridge and a sofa and chair in the room along with bedside table. Charging points at both sides of the bed. Iron and Ironing board and Hair Dryer too were in the room. Huge almirah with hangers was great. Coming back again on July 26, 2025 !

Lighting in the room was a bit low. Though, not much of an issue as Suite had huge window with curtains that allowed plenty of sunlight in the mornings.

I had privacy and my guests could easily visit me without an issue since the security is friendly and efficient. Room was great and the most hospitable stuff especially Raju the receptionist he would advice me where to get hot meals ,and my way around . amazing experience.and the best hotel rates I have ever seen infact I sure will recommend this hotel to friends , family and others. And there's free coffee and water everyday .

Well room was cleaned only after every two days or unless I reminded them .I do wish and hope to get a spa and maybe a pool next time I visit.

We stayed there for just a night and I didn't expect that we would have a very nice stay! The location is near in everything. There are also some shops and cafes nearby. Staff: They're all accommodating and friendly. We even met the owner who made us feel welcome and reassured during our stay. Facilities: For us, We liked the interiors of the bathroom. It was also spacious. Enough space for doing my make-up sesh. Hehe There are also 2 types of showers that you can use. For the bedroom, you'll enjoy a nice cup of coffee while watching movies in a very comfortable and soft bed! Maybe just the light is kind of dimmed. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We will recommend this to our friends and we will go back for sure! Especially to see the upcoming spa and rooftop.

Staff at reception should be educated about the pay at property types of booking from booking.com . In this kind of booking , booking.com take guest’s credit card details and hotel can be charged even guests do not turn up. They seem to be don’t understand this type of booking and was panic . They contacted me and mentioned that my booking was unpaid booking .Even they said that due to high demand of their festive days , If they do not receive the said reconfirmation from me specific time , they may have to release the room to other guests who have paid for their reservation. I was genuinely surprised to get a message from them before arrival .

Very good service even provides heaters for making coffee. Strategic location of hotel payment can with QR code and cash .

Door open & close Noises at night. Can't sleep well. Toilet door was transparent glass and no have lock. One of wall lights didn't Work properly. Public parking only.

During my stay for 4 days and 3 nights, it was very enjoyable, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was fast, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, very fragrant towels and other facilities in the room. Thank you very much to booking.com and the hotel that has upgraded my room to a very good room type. Inshaallah will stay again on next time.

It looks like how it was advertised. Great use of space, clean and organised. Best towel I have ever used in all my hotel stays

The only thing unpleasant was check in experience after the normal operating hours. Perhaps the property should have an alternative solutions as some guests arrive after midnight, example 4:00 am and they may inform the hotel earlier or state a check in fees for after midnight arrival.
