I didn't use the pool but it looked nice, About the room, the way that the remote control and the climate control was attached to the wall was very uncomfortable. About dinner, there was very little variety.

Initial room assigned was bad (no view or balcony) even though booking.com told us we had booked a room with balcony and garden view. The hotel told us we booked a superior room which didn't have a balcony. However they offered us a better room with balcony and ocean view for an extra 500 pesos/night. It was well worth it and we really enjoyed our stay in the better room. They staff were all so helpful and pleasant.

The rooms were very confortable, there was one missing pillow, and towel, the phone did not work so we could not call the front desk, the wifi did not reach the room either, the mattress was old and the furniture as well

The location was close about 10 minute walk to the beginning of the malecon. Breakfast was good. We were in tower 12 had ocean view. Staff are excellent! The grounds are very well maintained.

The food needs more variety from day to day. As well food was always cold. Suggest getting food heat lamps .

I loved the atmosphere, lots of staff were awesome! Food was actually really good. Rigo was the best bartender!!

As a tourist it was very hard to understand some staff, and all the shows were Spanish only but that's ok! Still entertaining! But as a pregnant women trying to tell the bartenders NO ALCOHOL and them putting double or giving me a already blended alcohol drink, was not impressed!

Excellent staff, all very friendly. Shout out to Miguel at the front desk, Nico the bellman and Jesus, Adrian and David in the dining/bar area. Grounds are well kept and exceptionally clean.

Our room was very basic and there was no balcony. Needed some updating.

The food was great. I would have like the other restaurant to be open more days than just one day during our 8 day stay. The Italian restaurant was open most of the time. Service was great.

Not enough sheets in the bed. They did it just the last couple of days. I could have asked for that but I didn't. I am sure they would gladly have done it. They were also short in hand towels.

the room was really nice. I loved the big doors that opened really wide, the beds were really comfortable, the room was very clean I really appreciated the room cleaner. the staff were very helpful. above and beyond for the rate they charge.
