This place was really nice. It was clean, large and right on the beach with a beautiful pool.

There needs to be more seating in the living room. The couch is very uncomfortable. I watched TV from the dining room table because those chairs were more comfortable. The couch back is super short and there is only enough seating for three on it. If there would have been more than the four of us, there would not have been anywhere for the others to sit. Also, there is a place right next door that plays horribly loud music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. We couldn't even watch TV it was so loud. These two were the only negatives. Oh, and there were no washcloths in the unit. Maybe the people before us took them?

The majority of the staff members where great! Lillian Lozano was really kind to us when we first arrived. The beach was great, and the drinks where amazing!

Check in was hell. Half of the computers are empty, and I had to make double line because I was in the wrong line (to be honest there was no sign for me to tell). Also, the elevators where a big issue: it stops EVERY FLOOR because there are only 2 elevators and tons of people. Also, buffet food was pretty ok, nothing amazing, but everything was edible.

Beach was spacious. Resort great location. Room and bath very nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Liked that room had a small fridge and coffee maker.

I was not given a map or any information about the property. Only got a copy of the beach and pool rules. Food at buffets was not so great and no other choices for breakfast and lunch.

The staff were friendly and food fantastic. Free flowing drinks on all inclusive were great

The huge area where the hotel is located, with beautiful gardens and palm trees, and access to one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta city area. The brunch that was available in the restaurant, and in front of the beach. There is a mini-market conveniently located by the hotel entrance, so we did not need to get far for many everyday needs.

Booking advertised free wifi and there was one, but it was not very reliable. In Puerto Vallarta there is an excellent wifi service, but the one at the hotel Krystal is insufficient even in the hotel lobby. There was no coffee maker in the room, something odd for the accomodation price and category. The coffeemaker appeared only at the last day of our stay.

The staff were so friendly and amazing. Food was great as well. Nightly performances were awesome.

The straw hut was under construction so that whole area was closed . Lots of construction around the resort but it’s only going to make it better in the future.

Surprisingly nice for the price. We went in expecting a nightmare from some reviews but the Room was incredibly comfortable and even though some reviews said there was no AC there definitely is. Beach front property without the harassment of a timeshare presentation.

It was very convenient and comfortable. The property was well kept and clean. The pools and cabanas on the beach were nice as well.

Our room, number 2201 had a water leak in the bathroom right over the toilet. It was most likely condensation build up from the AC unit.

i like the staff,they try their best to speak english and they made my Son 21st bithday memorable..
