Everything was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and I met amazing people here. It was my first solo trip but definitely not the last. I particularly liked the free events organized by the hostels (there are 3 of them and you have access to the other hostels' common areas as well), such as the mojito lesson and the taco tour - it is a great way to meet new people. The open air kitchen is very cute

Honestly, I can't complain about anything. Maybe it would be useful to have a kettle in the kitchen to boil water for tea/coffee/cooking but that's all.

- Nice hostel with activities combined with the Other 3 nomads hostels near by - rooms are only accesable with personal magnet ribbons - close to ADO bus Station - bus R1 brings you to Delphin beach ,takes some 30 minutes - beds are comfortable with curtain to allow privacy plus privat acces to electricity - I do recomand the taco Tour tuesdays and wednesdays with Carlos, you meet at the Party hostel nomads few blocks away - the Pool area is always clean and very well looked after - every dorm has its own private bathroom

- according to the reviews the music in the rooftop bar is very loud, and still is, so I wonder why the Management does`nt react ? - one Tour offers a day on the beach at noon, thats odd, who would like to stay out when the sun is most powerfull ? Do the tourguides anticipate by bringing guests to places where they can relax from the intensiv Sun? - after all a good safe clean hostel anyway

I love Nomads hostels, they're great and always top of my list when searching an area. The beds are comfy with curtains for privacy. It's hot in cancun so AC is nice and cool. The rooftop bar area has a cool vibe with the pool and all the staff are super friendly. There's 3 hostels not far apart with stuff happening at each one to get involved in. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Hard to find any issues, If I nit-pick I don't think the breakfast was a great deal price and there's no elevator to the top floor. Which only sucks when carrying up your suitcase. But these are minor. I spent 6 days here and enjoyed my stay

Very central and closed to the bus station. Staff I amazing. All the receptionist are very friendly in particular Pablo has been very helpful and lovely.

Day tour to tulum and playa del Carmen was the worst ever! The guide didn’t mention there were 2 exits and I went to the wrong one and he left me there without trying to contact me or look for me! I had to pay 60$ taxi to go back by my self and the management refused to refund me. In particolar Jisena tried to invent excuses to avoid the refund. I really recommend to not book this tour.

The common area is with air conditioner so at least it wont get too stuffy or hot.

The staff helped us to book the tour to Chichen Itza didnt communicate well with agency. And our tour got cancelled as the agency forgot to put our name on the tour guest list. At the end, we have been waiting for almost 1.5 hours and forced to join the tour to Tulum instead of Chichen Itza as no more departure on the same day. It made me no choice to increase my original bus tour price from 89USD to$145USD per person in order to join chichen itza express tour before my flight on the next day! What a disappointing guest service!

Only stayed there 1 night before flying out, but it was great and conveniently close to the ADO bus station (for my bus ride to the Cancun Airport at 6 am)!! The hostel was super clean including the bathrooms, showers, beds and eating areas. I didn't see any bugs (thank god there were no roaches). Everyone who stayed there was friendly and respectful of keeping things quiet while sleeping. I LOVED the hostel's Golden Hour Bike Tour-- really fun way to chat w/ other travelers and see downtown Cancun. Carlos, the guide, was great! The area around the hostel felt safe enough to go for a night walk to grab dinner with some friends I met at the hostel and check out the other Nomads Hostels nearby (Enigmatic and Party Hostels).

The hostel's activities aren't free. I thought the bike tour was complementary, but it was 200 pesos. That is pretty cheap compared to other biking tours and it turned out to be a great value tour. Wish we had helmets though since we were crossing some streets with high car traffic.

The staff was very nice! I met great people during the activities they offered. The facilities are superb! Very clean and fancy. The bunk beds have curtains. Generous spaces, a small library and Balconies. WiFi is strong and reliable. They even do have work spaces.

Don't take a room on the 3rd floor. The ceiling is not well insulated, and you hear everything from the rooftop. That's where the parties take place. I assumed that this was not a party hostel. The most annoying thing was the noises from chairs scratching on the floor. That really made it hard to get enough sleep. Otherwise, it was fine.

I think it’s a very good deal, I had a private room with a private bathroom so I think for what I paid I got a good deal and had the privacy I wanted. Was air conditioned and they were kind enough to let me check in early. Rooftop pool is rather small but does the job and the bar is quite busy in the evening so if you’re after socialising that can be a spot.

This is a hostel, so as hostels go, it was loud and the noise levels are considerable. Also it’s in the city centre - mind Cancun’s beach is not readily available from there on foot.

- change towels as many times as you want - nice bar - met lots of nice people - female dorm was very nice and felt safe - travelers from all over the world - you can buy locks for $5 - activities are planned - 5 min walk from downtown center, safe location - 5 min walk from bus - 20 min ride to beach

- no laundry, but there's a location 2 blocks away for cheap! - shower is a little confusing - water and drinks at the bar are pricey, so for water i recommend going to oxxo right across the street!

**An Incredible Hostel Experience!** This is hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotless, offering plenty of comfort. The rooftop bar and pool have an amazing vibe, making it the perfect spot to relax and socialize both day and night. The drink selection is top-notch, and the kitchen is clean, spacious, and fully equipped for all guests to use. The staff truly go above and beyond—each and every one of them was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Ani, who handled a difficult customer like a true professional. The location couldn't be better, with the ADO bus stop and a supermarket just a short walk away. If I ever return to Cancun, this hostel will be my first choice without a doubt!
