Beautiful hotel, all rooms were ground floor as far as we could see and situated around the pool. We had a lovely seating area out the front too. Room was comfortable with AC. The pool was clean with lots of shade and the music that they played during the day wasn't too loud and was nice and chilled. Also the location means you're away (mostly) from the noisy side of town and right next to the ferry. They also cleaned the room daily, and the bed was huge! Only down side that there is almost no noise insulation in the room. Therefore if you have noisy neighbours like we did, or when the baseball game is on nearby, you hear everything. Also the mosquitoes are savage, but that's the same all over the island. Thank goodness there was a mosquito net and netting on the windows so at least you didn't get eaten alive at night! Overall we loved the place

The staff was adorable, the pool really good to relax and the room was pretty decent. We didn’t ask to have our room cleaned everyday but that’s a really good option they have at the hotel

They are a lot of cockroaches in the room and weird stuff we found in the bathroom. The sheets were quite weird but we got used to it

We were in room #9 which we liked very much. We wanted to stay a couple of extra nights so had to move to room #2. This location was a bit noisy and had noisy neighbors.

The staff were great and the food at the bar was exceptional. The pool was a great way to cool off after days on the beach and boat trips Rooms were tidy and clean with soaps and shampoos provided. Nice an easy to find from.the port.

perfect quiet location, close to ferry, beautiful setting with pool, clean rooms, breakfast included, very friendly staff, quick check in and very reasonable priced compared to other hotels on the island (and small, so not many guests, we had the big pool to ourselves). thank you!

I loved my stay at Isla Holbox and Mayan Mittoz is one of the reasons, so I decided to extend my stay. The staff are very attentive and nice. The Wifi worked properly. The room was clean and I liked the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Great, relaxed atmosphere, nice pool in the internal garden where you can chill out and have your morning coffee. Near the ferry and in a walking-distance to the downtown and the main beaches.

Maybe an extra chair in the room, hairdryer and a minibar would be appreciated.

We loved this hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for the ferry (2 minutes walk) and the beach (10 minutes). Our room was very comfortable and the water in the shower was always hot. The pool was great and had comfortable loungers around it.

Great location right next to the port. Lovely rooms which were cleaned daily. Would definitely stay here again.

The walls were a bit thin between rooms.

Loved how secluded you felt on the property with the palm trees and pool. Because of this you didn’t feel like you were right next to the ferry. There are also multiple spots to relax and lounge in the shade. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and next time we’ll add on a few extra days.

I wish the room had a refrigerator, more towels to use and more water bottles.

We did a last minute booking, which could be a problem in many places, but their staff was super kind. The rooms we booked were not ready, so they gave us two double rooms with a little terrace and direct access to the pool
