The location is very good, specially if you looking into visiting xcaret parks

The rooms had a kitchen area, but it wouldve be very nice if it was equiped with the basic amenities, water, coffee, sugar, tea, also there was a electric stove but no pans or pots tu use. Also the bathroom could have a screen or something to make it less see thru as sometimes it could be uncomfortable specially if you sharing room with friends as all the bathroom is see thru with the cristal door and walls.

Everything! Big swimming pool, comfortable, clean & big room suite, staffs (really helpful & friendly, a few were bilingual in English & Spanish), yummy food (breakfast buffet) and parking available. Most importantly it was dog friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family! Well done!

For a small improvement, I wish a staff could've turned the A/C on when we were in the process of checking-in at Reception. It took ages to cool the room upstairs, once we got inside. Downstairs kitchen area the a/c was quicker. Only mentioning this because it was an extremely hot day, around 40 degrees. Other than that, everything was perfect! :-)

Missed out on breakfast as we left early for airport. Unfortunately we also arrived late and we’re not able to use any of the facilities available.

The only issue was that the internet was down and couldn’t watch any media programming. I understand the internet being down is a supplier issue and not something you can control

at the beginning we were a bit worried about the location , cause its next to a road with huge traffic, but infact inside the territory ,you dont hear a bit! * we were surprised by the large two floor room, and it was decorated nice with a kitchen. * the pool was quite large and we enjoyed it. *next to pool theres a restaurant that offers food with good portion sizing. *another highlight is breakfast they offer swedish style breakfast with options . *hotel offers free comfortable car parking right next to the main enterance.

*if you are quite tall , the size of bed might be a problem for you. as my height were 165 cm , it was almost too short for me , the width is good, but the bed itself is short. * shower ameneties were broken and coud not really use them, but we had our own with us , so we did not had really a problem with that.

The pool was incredible, the room was clean, breakfast was included in the prize - it was good but there could be more options to choose

The location isn't so good. That wouldn't be problematic if the kitchen wasn't closed ( it was hard to find restaurants close to the hotel late at night)

Great staff, easy check in and out. Pet friendly, a huge plus. Really cute outside areas. There's parking, and it's really close to Xcaret and the Cozumel auto ferry. Good for an overnight stay.

The only downside was that the ceiling fan and ac unit were coated with a thick layer of dust. When we turned on the ac, there were huge dust bunnies all.over. not ideal for allergy and asthma symptoms.

We really love our stay in this hotel. During our entire stay we did not meet such a pleasant receptionist as here. Bonus is a very cute dog. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Nice big pool. You need to take into account that it is necessary to get to the hotel from the center or from the beach, we have the car and it was absolutely fine. There is also a great cafe about 4 minutes walk away.

There is no blanket on the bed just a cover and l felt cold the first night as room temperature was 21c and l couldn’t change the temperature as the batteries were flat but when l mentioned to the staff they provided me with extra cover and replaced batteries. 😊

The garden the pool area and the room The accommodation we had was top a little «  old fashioned » but adequate.

We were 3 and had to make the sofa bed up. No big deal! The air con was not working upstairs so had to change. The pool water slightly cold.. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on a very busy road so can get very noisy ! The staff was top.

Maintenance issues and the location is outside town just off of Main Highway . When I checked in Water flow from bathroom sink was a trickle so it was unusable. The next day maintenance came to fix and after that water sprayed all over the counter
