The site, people, service, everything.

Your fraudulence customer with your promotion Booking and Riu. I don't think I use both company any more. I choice Booking because with the $ 850 rebate for service, your price is good, without you are not competitive. When I try to use, the Riu told me , I can use more than $ 15 usd per massage. I have to go 50 time in one week. For golf $50 par game, I have to go 15 time in one week. The big problem, on your site you indicate NO RESTRICTION, only use service at the hotel???? YOU (both) mislead your customer. Also I have to paid online????? ridiculous. I'm very disapointed, I paid full price for my massage. very poor from two big company

Very clean, excellent food at all restaurants, coffee was amazing loved the little coffee shop by the piano bar. Short distances to walk for food and to rooms which was fantastic. The beach is amazing as well as the water, take floaties it was awesome . They do an incredible job of keeping the beach clean and seaweed free as best they can. Loved all the shade at the pool easy to get out of the sun. Great options and service for drinks and delivery to the beach . Several pool options to choose from which is nice. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We loved Alex at Aquapump. Many activities you can choose from throughout the day . Shower in the room was amazing we had no loss of water or hot water. The grounds are stunning and so well kept. Gym equipment was great ,not busy and all usable, nothing broken. Sunrises were amazing here and beach great to walk either direction. Some erosion to maneuver towards ferry terminal but not hard.

Rooms are dated ,need an upgrade and paint, beds hard but we’re doable, our lights flickered a lot even came on in the middle of the night. Our hallway was loud we only had 2 nights that we weren’t woken up several times by partiers ( we were close to main lobby which was handy but maybe the reason why when the partiers returned) Not many bathrooms (but always clean) The towel game is strong for loungers so get there early. We had a 850 USD spa coupon to use which was not what it was said to be. Spa prices are crazy and got minimal off each service, This was disappointing. Limited shade at the beach it’s gorgeous with palm trees but could use more shade for sure A lot of selling in the beach but they were all respectful when we says No. so it wasn’t bothersome .

The location is good. The beach is awesome. The staff is hard-working and they keep the property spotless. The buffet has a great variety. They were rotating the utensils very frequently and kept all the surfaces super clean. Everything was kept really cold on ice. Nobody in our group had any gastrointestinal issues. We had two birthdays in our group. They made it very special with lots of extra cakes and room decorations. Aquasize was super fun. Alex is an amazing high energy funny instructor - and in his words ‘our new friend in Mexico! ‘ The waiters are all wonderful . Special mention to Fabiola, who also helped us with Spanish! The resort has two cats. They are very well looked after they have a cat house and get fed every day.

I would not come to this property If you really wanted a lot of quietness. Coming with a group of friends it was perfect. The pool lounger securing game is very strong here. If you do not get up early to get yourself a pool lounger -you’re not going to get one in the shade. it is not easy to be in the shade at the beach. They only have palm trees, and you are chasing the shade all day. Many people want the sun ☀️ so it’s perfect for them

The resort was very nicely landscaped and the staff was excellent all the way through. Excellent location right on the beach and the caribe company was great to book excursions through. Some food was good other was average. The RIU party was amazing.

The room itself was dated and did not like that the bathroom area was only separated by a curtain. Also the bed itself was not too comfortable. The pool area is a little small and closed way to early. They also would do better with an easy access Spa/Jacuzzi to relax in on the property. Only one was through the spa/gym area and was not clean.

Beautiful property, great pools, great beach area. I was able to eat in every single restaurant on property, which was great because they don't take reservations, you can just walk in. The Rock and Roll show was spectacular! The singers were really great. I liked that I could go to the other RIU properties (there are 5 in walking distance) and I visited them all, and was able to see some of the entertainment there. The best part of the week was definitely the RIU party. The white party was AWESOME! Bubbles, balloons, face painting, aerialists, stilt walkers, disco balls, lasers, gogo dancers, amazing costumes, great music, and thousands of people from across the properties! So much fun. The location is good, as you can walk into town (about a 30 min walk).

No shuttle to take you into town, you have to take a taxi. The food was mostly mediocre except for in the Krystal restaurant, which was truly delicious. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. They had advertised fitness dance classes, but when I went over there, the staff was just standing around talking and they never started the class. Perhaps there was no other interest, so they just skipped it? But I never saw a fitness class happening. Was hoping for a bit more of a hip crowd, but it was mostly families and older folks. As a solo traveler, if I were to go again, I'd stay at the RIU Tequila instead.

I LOVED the food, drinks, staff, and entertainment.

I didn’t like the children/kids at the resort (I know it’s family friendly); they seemed out of place for a resort like this.

Beautiful grounds. Fantastic staff

Coffee maker in room broke half way through our stay. On our last night the air conditioner stopped working. Thankfully the ceiling fan worked fine.
