Really liked the location walking distances to public beach and private onsite. The location is quiet and relaxing for the getaway. Has small pool onsite and massage station and yoga center onsite. Plus, restaurant onsite. You can rent atv, car, or bike for transportation parking across from hotel. Location is driving distance from nightclubs, restaurants, the ruins, etc.
The lighting in the room is a little dark. However manageable. The beach has a lot of sea moss. Location is inside reservior so not allowed inside with plastic or outside food, drinks etc. Also that you have to pay a reservoir fee of 60 pesos upon entrance. Everyday however its valid for 24 hours.

Beautiful location on the Caribbean Sea away from town and the party section of the hotel zone. Loved the bungalow with a private bathroom upstairs for additional privacy. Excellent staff. On site restaurant.
The distance to the town of Tulum required a taxi or bicycle to get there, but we knew that going it. We opted for the beach and privacy afforded by being in the national park. Lack of air conditioning would be brutal during the hottest months, but in April it presented no issue.

The rooms were nice, the beach is beautiful and feels so private, food at the restaurant was AMAZING and the grounds were beautiful. It is also super close to the Tulum ruins and there is a free shuttle that runs in the national park that will take you there.
We were woken up one morning to the smell of sewage because they were pumping the septic tank right outside of our room - because of the outdoor shower we had direct air from outside and the smell was horrible. The staff did not do anything when we complained about being woken up from the smell and loud pump.

You cannot beat this location. The private bay feels secluded and romantic even though a short walk will get you to the main stretch of sandy beach where you’ll find many other beach clubs and restaurants. The staff at Diamanté K was exceptional. They were so accommodating and friendly. And the on-site restaurant, Casa Maria, was absolutely delicious!
The beach bungalows were a bit more rustic than we expected but if you embrace the experience of being in the jungle with the sites and sounds of the ocean at your fingertips then you will have a truly unforgettable vacation here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The private beach was absolutely stunning. We spent so much time soaking in the beauty of the shoreline, and it felt like our own little paradise. The rooms were just as impressive. Beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, they provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we truly felt at home. What made this stay even more special was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they were dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. A special mention has to go to Emmanuel, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience so much more enjoyable. It was these personal touches that really set this hotel apart. Overall, this place exceeded all of my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway with exceptional service!

We loved the private beach which was a pure beautiful oasis in busy Tulum. The hotel is relatively peaceful and quiet- there’s plenty of room on the beach beds. The views are absolutely stunning, with the sun rising over the sea in the mornings. The hotel is looked after well by staff and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly. I’d recommend and come back to Diamanté K in a heart beat!
Because you’re inside the national park you’re not meant to bring plastic bottles of water in, and the hotel says they’ll provide drinking water in your room. However we asked 4 times for this to be filled up and it never got refilled. We bought water from the restaurant but they only have small bottles that are £4 each, so this added up over our stay. You’re far away from any shops so you don’t have much other choice. This was very disappointing as it felt like we were being ignored by staff- a negative in an other wise perfect stay

Location = paradise. (In terms of views, location) Staff is friendly. Very few people on resort in January, exactly what we were looking for. This is a bungalow so if you expect the comfort of a hotel room with AC and similar comfort you should look elsewhere where. But if you are down for a virgin experience with your room just a few steps away for the ocean and keep in mind that you will hear the waves all night long (inside of your room) then this is gonna be the best experience you can have. Food was great. The beach was always clean. No rocks in the water despite those on the front of the resort’s beach. There is also a part of the beach with no rocks at the front of the water (see the night shot with the string lights).
Keep in mind that in order to get to the resort you have to enter the natural park which is 400 Mexican pesos per day per person between 8am to 6pm. They give you bracelets at the entrance, so once you pay you can get in an out again. Outside of 8am to 6pm entrance is free if you show your reservation confirmation at the entrance of the natural park.

We stayed in one of their bigger rooms. I believe it was called, Tatich (sorry if I butchered the spelling). By far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. I know some people might complain about AC, but honestly, the beach breeze and fan is plenty. I was almost cold and so cozy under the many blankets provided. The bed was amazing! It's a perfect quiet, beach getaway. Close enough to the craziness of Tulum beach, but secluded enough to retreat back to the cozy, quiet peace.
The only thing is, to be prepared to pay high fees for going into the park. You have to renew these tickets every day if you leave the park and reenter before 6 pm. I think this place is totally worth it, but I would have appreciated a heads up.

Public beach access was amazing and close, however the sargassum (seasonal) had already started collecting on the resort's own private beach thus we were not able to utilize it. The surroundings were secluded and definitely had privacy. Staff was very informative and accommodating
No refrigerator was in the room and they wanted to charge for ice to place in buckets. We also did not have breakfast included with our room, but our friends who also stayed at the same time did have breakfast included. They did offer us a 10% VIP discount card, but this was only if we paid cash. Definitely would have preferred it with a card payment as well. Since the property is in the National Park, you have to pay a daily fee of $3.50 pp to actually get to the hotel (up until 5pm) so this is unavoidable. The property should include this daily pass in the cost. You are also not allowed to take plastic into the National Park, so we had to hide our water/ beverage bottles when entering.

Amazing location on the beach; plenty of shade due to palm trees; lots of places to lounge; property had lots of character; food at restaurant was delicious and staff were very friendly; live music every night (although same musician)
Staff didn’t always pick up the plastic that appeared on the beach (which was more than manageable given not a large beach). To be fair, it wasn’t plastic left by them or their guests but plastic washed ashore. They spent a lot of time clearing seaweed and getting sand from beach but bits of plastic were invariably left laying around, which I cleared on multiple occasions and saw other guests do the same. When asked, they said they clear it every day but that wasn’t my experience. They also quoted very high prices for taxi for excursions outside Tulum. If you walk down the street you can get taxis for close to half the price, which shouldn’t be necessary.
