If you are looking for a calm place to stay it is an amazing location, not too many people and the rooms have separate entrances so you rarely bump to anyone. Very cozy atmosphere and beautiful sunrises, loved the Ramon restaurant and beach club and all the staff there, especially Juan and Giulliermo. Thank you for your service. Breakfast was delicious, also food on the menu is really good. Room was cleaned every day and was very clean and spacious. Also, guy at the reception was always very helpful, friendly and kind. Hotel is close to playa paraiso where you can find more restaurants if wanted. We felt safe during all our stay.

Everything was perfect, but i have to mention that the location is not a walking distance to the zona hotelera and the taxis are quite expensive. Also, you have to pay every time when you enter the national park even if you are a guest of the hotel. Hotel could offer a transfer to the city for an extra cost that would be very convenient. Also, you cannot bring plastic water bottles into the national park and there is nowhere to buy it and hotel offers only one refill a day. Internet connection was bad, it barely worked in the room, only in reception and restaurant it was good.

The location, the room, the breakfast. Our little casa had a deck and hammock. It was mostly private and it was a great space to enjoy the outdoors but away from the other guests. Plus it encased in gorgeous vegetation! Also the included breakfast far exceeded our expectations! You get a choice of 9 full breakfast options with homemade bread and jam, coffee and fresh juice. We were pleasantly surprised it was more than a little continental breakfast, and it was delicious!

The beach club is too pricey compared to other clubs nearby that offer happy hour deals and/or specials. Plus beers are constantly "just finished." It would have been nice to have a beer by the ocean but every time we asked they were finished for the day, forcing us to by a much more expensive cocktail. Not the worst thing, but not our favorite either.

We had the ocean view room. It was stunning. The room was beautifully decorated and had lovely touches like plenty of toiletries, robes, Nespresso machine. Cleaning was good. The view was to die for. The hotel bar is on the beach, lovely setting and reasonably priced. If you want to explore other areas you would need a car. It’s a 2.30 hours to Chichén Itza, 1 hour to Xcaret, 1.30 to Cancun Airport.

We did not like guests and staff walking so close to the room and looking into it, in particular in the morning when you have finished having a shower there was no privacy. This could be easily rectified by diverting the path to the beach. The staff at the bar were very demanding with tips. They would always push you for more tip. There was one incident in particular that we did not like. We did not have change for tip one day and said we would sort it later. This person came as soon as he saw us later that day and asked for his tip. A bit of bad taste.

The location within the park is perfect: right on the beach, yet immersed in the jungle. The room was amazing, spacious, excellently cleaned every day. The room had a coffee machine, drinking water, nice linens and toiletries. The beach is quiet, the hotel places pillows and sun beds across and you never feel it’s crowded. The reception staff is particularly helpful, accommodating and great with advice and requests. The breakfast is amazing with many options available! Parking is free for guests.

The restaurants are nice but they have odd opening hours (the Mexican one closes at 5:30 pm and a Japanese one opens at 7pm). There is no shared space other than the beach and the restaurant area, but there’s plenty of other neighboring hotels where you can go for a drink on foot (5/10 mins walk). Restaurant service is quite slow but nice - you’re bound for long waits at times, but if you’re on holiday, it’s not a biggie :)

The room and Hotel were very beautiful and clean. The Beach was incredible and we really loved it. The entire property feels like you are in a jungle. Hector and Alejandro welcomed us very well and accomodating. Thanks again to them!

To reach the hotel is really expensive by Taxi and also there are not so many options to eat in the are of the national park. What we really did not like was the corporation with the Restaurant Ramon which included the breakfast and beach club. The everyday tip was not justified. Although the food was good most of the staff were not friendly and we felt like customers who are not welcomed compared to customers from outside. Maybe the structure should be reconsidered especially regarding tipping. We also went out for Dinner to other restaurants where the service was definitely better.

the rooms are great and the natural reverse is beautiful

they should clearly disclose the extra costs related to being inside the reserve. they do not clean the beach from all the algae and there are mountains of it

- Excellent location, right on the beach and 20' walk from the ruins (a bit far from center, but easily accessible by taxi) - Spacious, clean & comfortable rooms in the middle of the jungle (very relaxing) - Friendly staff

- No sunbeds installed on the beach (probably due to low season), forcing us to pay a sunbed at another beach club - There is no real door / separation between bathroom and room hence limited privacy

You access the rooms through beautiful jungle paths. Same paths take you to the beach. The whitest and softest beach sand. The personel are amazing. Specially remember Jorge and Marcelito at the restaurant always greeting with a smile.

During low season, not many restaurants available for dinner.

Poc Na is a beautiful resort with all the amenities you need. The beach front is beautiful, the accommodations are clean, cozy and with very nice terraces, shower, bed and coffee. Breakfast in front of the ocean is definitely a highlight too and the bar makes good cocktails. The staff is super kind too!

The Japanese restaurant is a bit overpriced for the portions you get and it would be perfect if the Mexican one could stay open in the evening as well.

We took the room with plunge pool. The view was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. Also, the hotel is on secluded area next to the ruins, so much less touristy which we liked. The other area was too much.

The pool was not that great, hidden from the beach instead of being on the beach. The restaurants were super expensive, and I’m from NYC. It was disappointing to have 2 drinks for $36 in Mexico. (The rest of the drinks we had some place else) However the other touristy beach area to the south, they charge $20 for each drink. So take that in mind.
