Room neatness. Staff very accommodating. They have listening ear and attend to you as soon as you complained.

- I was disappointed when I heard that I was not entitled to breakfast, bcos while booking I saw breakfast inclusive. - I was disappointed when I could not watch live Premiership Football Match and other matches. Not even any EPL, La liga, Italia, bundesliga etc. _ The hand shower was not good, we complain it need replacement, but nothing was done to it. - I was not happy when I was told to pay for early arrival bcos of my flight and I have to keep my luggage with the reception and attend my lecture immediately.

Size of room was excellent. Movie channels for nightime viewing no hassle. Bed comfortable and huge. Breakfast adequate, omelette and pastries, lovely espresso. Staff all friendly and attentive, spe ial mention to our 2 reception dudes Abdo and Adil ordering us taxis, and generally looking after us. Professional and attentive throughout our stay which we extended twice! Says it all. Recommended by myself and partner. Cheers 🍻

Very comfortable, spacious, room with balcony. Nice staff. Clean. Nice bathroom size. Markets and restaurants near by. Quick elevators.

Breakfast was a disaster. Every single table was dirty, no staff attending breakfast room, unable to get something to drink. Food spilled on breakfast counters left as is. Walked out and ate somewhere else. Wifi was temperamental. Shower water leaks on to bathroom floor pretty badly.

Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, the bed truly extra-large and very comfy with great quality bedding. Staff was super friendly, both when checking in and out, and at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was varied and food offered was delicious.

A minor annoyance was that the shower door wasn't sealed very well and water kept leaking out onto the bathroom floor. It's maybe good to know that the location is not super close to the main attractions of the city, but still in easy enough walking distance/just a short taxi ride away.

- Customer service is fantastic. - The huge selection for breakfast was AMAZING. - The bed is BRILLIANT - one of the comfiest sleeps I’ve ever had. - the AC is amazing - great location - the decor is simple and beautiful - good toiletries but no bidet shower/shatafa or facility for istinja. The overall experience, despite the initial hiccups, was 10/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

- The room we were initially given had a broken shower door and water would leak onto the floor. The sink drain was also blocked. — but the replacement room had no issues - the only major issue is no bidet shower/ shatafa for istinja to clean your self after going to the toilet.

The hotel is positioned very close to Casa port train just 1.5 kms away. From outside the hotel on the roadside, comfortably taxis can be taken for just 10 MAD. Twin center is just away by 150 meters. Hotel India corner is very close by to twin center. I especially was missing Indian food and it was sure a relief. (but beware the food menu at India corner is costly, nothing is available for less than 100 MAD). From Casa port station, comfortably trains to Airport can be had. These are about the proximity points. About the hotel itself, there was this lady at reception, who went out of the way to talk to the cab guy in French to help me. There was Karim reception manager, who on the final day of my stay, upon request had breakfast packed for the next day early morning check out. The hotel is very quiet but don't expect great views from the balcony as it's not in the main street. From the hotel Mohamed V square, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Hassan II Mosque are all commutable by public bus transport. Breakfast was good and the staff serving coffee was exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious and fridge, owen are all available. Overall it's good choice for people and I didn't have any regrets.

It was a very pleasant stay All of staff were perfect 10 out of 10 from the security guards opening the doors for the parking and being patient to the staff at the front desk helping when we needed extra stuff the cleaning ladies fantastic

Clean and comfortable. I was actually upgraded to a suite which was huge, Modern and nice. Didn’t get to use the appliances though as I didn’t have much time there. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walls are thin and I could hear the next door guests. Restaurant was really warm and I don’t believe there’s air conditioning. The toiletries provided didn’t smell nice. Could use better scented toiletries, especially the body wash.

The place was beautiful and very relaxing. It was spacious, so staying in to rest felt incredible. The reception desk and security guard in the evening were very helpful. I had forgotten my passport photos for a consulate appointment, and the receptionist had the security guard walk me a few blocks away to the shop at 10 PM, so I could easily find it in the morning before my appointment. They were extremely helpful. The receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast options were amazing, not just pastries, but also healthy options.

I just wish the water in the shower did not wet the floor so easily, but everything else was perfect.
