We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the thermal pool. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had a delightful fragrance throughout. On a positive note, we’d like to thank the waiter for his excellent service during our lovely dinner. Special thanks to Latifa, the floor governor, for her kindness, warm smile, and thoughtful words – she made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt a great improvement in service and staff mindset, which we greatly appreciated.

However, compared to our previous stays in 2019 and 2022, we noticed a surprising change: the toiletry amenities were no longer provided. There was no lotion, cotton pads, or shower cap, and the only product available was a 2-in-1 bottle that was already two-thirds empty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the assortment of treats placed in our suite, which added a warm welcome. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Latifa, the floor manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness truly stood out. My son was thrilled with our stay, and he mentioned it was well worth every penny. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Morocco. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfort.

What we really liked at the hotel is the entire stuff were very professional and the governante the person in charge of the floor her name is Latifa was an awesome person very courteous, welcoming, always checking in if we need anything very polite, respectful, and I think she gave us the best in class service and if we are to comeback to the your hotel she would be the reason why.

I pretty much loved and liked very thing but I do have an observation or remark about the thermal pool, it would be nice if you can put signs that says DO NOT SPIT IN THE WATER since everyone is sharing the same pool it’s hygiene issue.

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel and spa! It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing night; I truly felt like I was in a little slice of paradise. The staff made the experience even better—everyone was so friendly and helpful! A big shoutout to Abdullah at the front desk and Iman at the spa reception; they were incredibly welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making our stay so special!

No privacy in the shower as walls are see through Staff only speak french - spa staff in reception a little unfriendly and unwilling to make appointments stared at us when we struggled with french as we are English speakers . We tried to speak to her in Moroccan but she kept speaking to us in french even when we said we don't speak it . She also avoided eye contact with us when we tried to make an appointment and sent us upstairs to book appointments when she was meant to . She was stuck up and rude. O my engaged with white guests or people that spoke french Moroccan Mosquitoes Duvet torn and found a hair in the blanket

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service. Thank you to the fantastic staff. The location is great, right at the hill of Moulay Yacoub village and far enough from Fes to warrant peace and quite yet close enough to facilitate tours. The thermal bath is beyond amazing, clean and well managed. Do not miss the culinary experience at the restaurant and the great selection of great local wines. Our stay was fantastic and we really hope to go back.

It's a Vichy center yet the provided toiletries are generic. It would've been great to have Vichy products samples in the rooms

I was particularly impressed by the property's cleanliness and the overall ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable furnishings made my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the warm hospitality and efficient service from the staff were remarkable. It was a delightful experience overall.

Loved the hotel, the staff and facilities. The hotel is very child-friendly and welcoming to families. The rooms are well equipped and the bed super comfortable. Food at the restaurant is great too. Thermal centre is beautiful and very well organised!

Breakfast buffet needs to be replenished faster when things run out.
