Very peaceful and charming, staff were friendly and helpful, lots of places to relax, in shade and sun! The room was stunning, and had everything you could need. I specifically requested the room I had at point of booking as I knew it was away from the courtyard (where they serve breakfast), on an upper floor. The bath is insanely huge and luxurious.

Breakfast variety, having to pay for incidental charges in cash at the end of the stay (not sure why as they have a card machine)…they should offer Shisha in flavours other than ‘original’ tobacco. As noted in a couple of other reviews, there are unsavoury men that linger the streets by the Riad who will try to illicit money from you for providing directions; I felt unsafe as a result on my arrival and gave them the only cash I had in my wallet (a £20 note) to make them go away. It would be useful for the Riad to let visitors know of this in advance.

We had a great stay at Riad Ines, the staff was lovely and we were greeted warmly by Jawaad who gave us tea and biscuits on arrival and kindly reserved a restaurant for our first night. The room was beautiful and cleaned daily and the patio had a great view of the center of the riad. Every morning we were greeted with a freshly made breakfast and the host would greet us and check how we were finding everything. They helped us book transport to and from the airport and let us leave our baggage there. I would 10/10 recommend it. The location is brilliant the staff were amazing and overall we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. The rooms are charming, traditionally decorated, and equipped with every comfort. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and tasty local specialties. We also had dinner at their restaurant one evening and it was phenomenal — the tajine was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

Riad Ines Home is awesome!! It’s a summer nice place, clean, relaxing atmosphere and the personal is just lovely! They helped us setting our excursions, adapted a few breakfast so we could leave early morning to the trips and guide us through the places to visit in the city and restaurants. I strongly recommend to go here, you won’t be disappointed at all!! You can enjoy breakfast and dinner in an open space, also the terrace is super comfortable and you can find sun and shadow if you prefer. The rooms are comfortable, big, lightning…! And every space is super clean. We feel like if we were at home 🙌🏻 There’s also a pool that you can use!

Beautiful riad where you can truly rest. The courtyard will make you want to slowdown and just enjoy the peace and quiet. Our room was quite spacious with a big, comfortable bed. As most riads in Marrakesh this one is also hidden in a maze of narrow alleyways, but a 3 min walk will take you to the bustling market.

Be aware that some rooms are overlooking the courtyard, so you may hear some noise especially in the morning. Similarly, there are rooms located on the ground floor next to the courtyard so just make sure you’re aware of that when booking.

Felt like a luxury boutique hotel, with amazing huge bed, luxury linens and towels, a beautiful fireplace, loads of different places to sit and relax. Not quite the busiest part of the Medina either, but still walkable to everywhere and easy to get a taxi to drop you off about 4 min walk. Also means it gets quiet and shops close around sooner at night, so some people may feel uneasy waling alone in the empty alleys at night, but it didn't bother us. We stayed right next to the main square for the previous nights and this was definitely a little oasis of calm. Also really friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment we arrived until being helped to our taxi on departure we received the best service. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The perfect breakfast was provided to set you up for your day and not to mention everyone who worked there especially Jawad was so friendly and accommodating. The Riad is in a great location too - we were worried about walking to the main square at night (not wanting to walk through the alleys and getting lost) but the riad is not far from the main road so you have two options and can walk along there so it’s better at night. 10/10!

Jawad was super friendly and always ready to help us. We were working and therefore keeping odd hours but he was patient and kind when we needed to eat late or come back at night. Jawad made everything seem like it wasn't a problem and he always greeted us with a big smile. Really excellent customer service! The whole Riad was stunning. So much attention to detail in the room and in the communal areas. It blew us away. The location was also extremely central yet quiet for sleeping. Would highly recommend staying here.

There was a mixup with our room, perhaps through booking.com, and since we were there to work it turned out to make our lives a bit difficult. We had booked a larger room with a seating area and ended up fairly constricted in what we could do. This was a shame as it was the main reason I had chosen this riad over others. We still had a lovely stay but were unable to work properly.

When booking our stay at Riad ines home, we loved the rooms shown in the pictures, prior to arriving we requested a specific room and they catered to that so easily. The room was extremely comfortable, and the decoration was beautiful. The staff were so hospitable and kind. When we arrived late in the evening, the worker Jawad was kind enough to offer tea, snacks and talked us through the map of Morocco and was so lovely, he really made our stay special. The next day, my partner developed a fever whilst we were there and they provided lemon, ginger and honey for him and made sure he was okay each day, which was so sweet. The breakfast as well was great, had a selection of breads, fruit, juice, water, tea and eggs. Additionally, because my partner was ill we would leave later in the day to do activities and they still would clean our room everyday no matter the time which we appreciated so much. This included making the bed everyday, fully cleaning the room, providing fresh new towels and bath robes and organised our stuff to look neater. Honestly our stay here was perfect, we didn’t have 1 issue whilst there and would recommend anyone to stay here!

Honestly it’s very hard to pick what we didn’t like at the property as there wasn’t anything we didn’t. The only slight inconvenience was the lighting within the room as it was quite dull with the main light, however with the couple of lamps in the room it was better. I will say the bathroom could use more lighting as the lights in there were dull and the shower doesn’t have a glass door so it would sometimes get quite wet after a shower. But other than those things, we enjoyed every aspect.
