Great location. 10 min walk from central station. Manuel ,(Italian guy at reception) was very helpful and friendly. We had a room with no air-conditioning and could not sleep as it was so warm. He sorted us out for an air conditioned room. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Great they hold onto bags for late flight after checkout. Would stay here again.
Nothing all was good. Only advice is, do NOT use the local shop called luxor bazar. No prices on items ,he charges what he likes and most stuff out of date. I will include a pic.

Spotlessly clean and quiet room with a nice window view. Towels are changed daily. A comfortable and large bed was just perfect for relaxing after a day-long walk. The staff speaks English & Ukrainian. We appreciated peaceful tea moments every evening with a kettle, teacups, and teabags provided. A nutritious breakfast includes scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, sausage, ham, a nice cheese selection (4 options), tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, fresh bread and pastry, cereals, pancakes, jam, Nutella, and butter; apples and oranges; a variety of tea, juice, and coffee. It was especially convenient to get to Amsterdam Central Station from the hotel (it's just a 15-minute walk). Thanks a lot for this gorgeous stay!
It would be nice to add a shelf in the bathroom, next to the shower, for some toiletries. But we used a windowsill, which was also good. My daughter and I had an allergic reaction to the hotel shower gel (inflamed and itchy skin right after the shower), so we just used our body wash (but I think, it's an individual reaction, and if we had informed about it, the staff would have changed it for us immediately).

A hotel in a fantastic location, right in the city center and very close to the main station. After leaving the hotel, you can simply turn left at the first street and easily walk to the center. If you’ve booked a day tour, it’s also very close to the meeting point at Aloha Bowling. The staff, especially Ms. Berna, were amazing. She was very attentive, friendly, and helpful with everyone. Our room was a good size. It was located on the first floor, with a window facing the back, but this was not an issue for us since we spent the whole day exploring the city and only came back to rest in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel’s prices may vary depending on the dates—some days are more affordable, while others can be more expensive—so it’s worth keeping this in mind when booking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The location is super close to Amsterdam Central and easy to walk to. The room had brilliant air conditioning and the bed was very comfy. Lovely part of town as it was easy to walk to main areas of Amsterdam Town but not loud and rowdy on the hotel street. Staff are kind and accommodating and breakfast was a wide variety of food available in the morning. The room was ready for us early which was great and was clean and tidy with room for luggage.
The shower head wouldn't stay fixed so had to hold it as if it was a handheld shower head to wash but was still easy to use with good water pressure and temperature control. As we were on the 3rd floor we had to climb the stairs on the last floor and they are extremely steep and vertical, as it is an old building. The lift is very very small but this was all made aware to us at reception.

We liked the facility, it was old but kept up. It was a maze, but fun figuring it out. Gave you plenty of towels and breakfast wasn't fantastic, but good enough to start the day.
I didn't like that we had no A/C and it was hot. No ventilation, window wasn't enough with no breeze. We were far from our kids. I booked 2 rooms and they were at the other end of the building. I didn't like that at all and they made no effort to change our rooms. So I don't recommend for family stays if they can't accommodate and keep them together, at least in the same area of the building. The kids room was great as they had 4 single beds, they are small rooms.

I liked the location, close to train staion and a short walk to the shops. I liked how quiet the area was. Where our room was positioned was perfect for my husband who stuggles with steps, and the rooms where always cleaned every day, the hotel was always clean and the staff at breakfast made sure there was always plenty of food on offer. I also have to mention how nice the staff were . Exceeded my expectations for a 3 star 🌟
I didn't like how there was a staff cupboard right outside our room that staff would go into every morning about 5am to get stuff, this was really noisy and always woke me up. Personally I feel the rooms could have benefited from a small fridge in the room as there was plenty of space for one.

The hotel was clean, we booked a superior double, the bed was comfy there was so much natural light due to the large windows, which opened should you want fresh air, the breakfast is just continental but there is plenty to go around. All staff were polite we had no issues at all, if we go back to Amsterdam we would definatley stay here again, location was a few mins walk from central station and 5 mins to the square, and it was so quiet.
To be honest there wasn’t anything we disliked about the property, the towels were a little small but that’s nothing really.

The location was perfect, close to Amsterdam Central station (approximately 10 mins walk with luggages), and at a walking distance to the city center, we were able to walk everywhere. You can find anything you need nearby - supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The have 24/7 front desk. They are able to store our luggages after check-out. The room was not so big (that was expected in Amsterdam) but adequate and it was just as seen on the photos, and had all the amenities listed (tea/coffee, kettle, slippers, towels, soap, shampoo, tv). The bed was big and comfortable. The towels and tea/coffee were replaced every day. Heating was good. Wifi was strong. Our room was on the ground level, so no experience with the stairs/elevators. The included breakfast was very good, with lots of variety - scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, pastry, fruits, etc. Dining room staff were very kind and helpful. Berna was lovely, always smiling and answered all questions we asked, it was nice to chat with her. Berna hanım tanıştığımıza memnun olduk :) Manuel from the front desk was super nice, kind and friendly, he helped us with everything, he offered suggestions on places to eat and recommended a really nice Italian restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. I would definitely stay there again.
Shampoo was terrible, that needs to be replaced. And a small fridge would have been great. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The location is perfect, right near Amsterdam Central station (took us 5 mins to walk), and therefore comfortably walking distance to main city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they helped give the hotel a relaxed vibe. The room was a good size and had all the required facilities to be comfortable (bathroom, desk/chair, tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, tv, fan, extra pillow). The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. The included breakfast is very good, with lots of variety. Well priced for all of this! Would stay here again easily.
