Absolutely no complaints

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, no complaints. Location is amazing, quiet, close to the central station which is comfortably connected to the airport, as well as most tourist attractions/museum are walking distance, which is a must in my opinion. The shower design is a bit weird, it doesn’t have doors that close, but i didn’t personally have issues with it. The staff was welcoming, the room had an iron, kettle with tea and instant coffee, a safe, a tv and a vanity. The building is very cozy, for some reason i specifically enjoyed the different light settings in the room, felt so cozy and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, tea and coffee were refilled too.

This hotel is located on a main road, across from the main canal & approximately 5-15 minutes walk from the Central Station (depending how fast you walk). There are tram stops nearby & bars, restaurants, shops within easy walking distance. There is a large Reception, which is staffed 24hrs. This has seating, leaflets with discounted attractions & a vending machine selling drinks / snacks. There is also a left luggage room for early arrivals / late departures. My room (004) was on ground level to the rear of the hotel...as such, there was no view from the window. The room was large, clean & well equipped. It contained an armchair, wardrobe (housing a free-to-use safe, iron / ironing board, hairdryer), a full length mirror, king size bed (very comfortable), TV, kettle & coffee maker (with complimentary teas / coffee) & a spacious bathroom (containing a walk-in shower). The staff (reception / cleaners) were pleasant & polite. I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on future visits to Amsterdam.

This hotel may not be suitable for wheelchair users and/or those with poor mobility, as there are 5-6 steps from pavement to Reception.

I liked that the room gave me a feeling of inclusivity as the room was very homely and quiet aswell as this it was only a 5 min walk to the city centre and a 6 min walk to the train station so good for airport transfer, hotel staff very friendly and didn't bother us

The only thing that comes to mind is the pillows were small and square shaped were as i usually sleep with rectangular pillow but apart from this i couldn't think of much else.

From the time that we checked in until we checked out we were looked after by the staff. We were allowed to check in early but normal check in time is 1500. Friendly staff and accommodating of our requests. Room was spacious and the only facility missing was a fridge. Breakfast available for a fee. Room had a double bed and a single bed and a large window overlooking the canal. Rooms are cleaned on request for sustainability purposes and toiletries are available in the room.

Great location across from central station and in the red light /night-life area. The quad room is had was huge and would be perfect for a group of 3 or 4 people. Make sure you get a room with a window as the non windows rooms looked pretty miserable.

My friend had a room on the 3rd floor, the staircase was steep and pretty dangerous esp if you're planning on a few drinks. I'd ask for a room on 2nd floor.

My partner stayed at mansion hotel from 4th - 8th Jan 2024. The hotel was clean and cosy. There is seating in the reception where you can wait for check in. We were lucky that our room was ready early so they allowed us to have our room an hour earlier than stated. which was amazing because we landed at 8am and was tired from walking around carrying our luggage (there is an option to leave luggage at the hotel if needed.) There was always someone on reception to greet you with a smile whilst coming and going from the hotel. The rooms were nice, warm and spacious, with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The beds were comfortable with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was really nice. Offering sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The hotel was perfectly located being on a quieter street but within an 8minutes walk of the train station and around 15/20 mostly flat walk to dam square. Everything was within walking distance so we didn’t use public transport. Overall we had an extremely pleasant stay and would choose mansion hotel to stay at again.

Location is great,close to Amsterdam Central & all other stuff like cruise,pubs,restaurants. Staff were sooo nice & helped with bags on arrival,got there wan hour before check in & they said it was ok. The room was surprisingly good for the money we paid,it’s sooo lovely,smart & just beautiful. You won’t regret staying here, Wooow thanks guys.

No microwave & no fridge in the room,kindly think about this.

The rooms were really big and the bed was so comfortable! We asked for a room with a view and they sure delivered!!! Gorgeous view of the canal. Just be sure you can handle one flight of steep stairs to that top floor but it was well worth it!

The shower sprays all over the bathroom floor with nothing to block it but they gave us a towel so we just mopped up but strange design choice.

Our room was compact and accessible by a steep flight of stairs (almost a ladder, in fact!) It had a great view over the water and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very well appointed. The hotel is in a great location - within walking district of the city centre but located in a fairly quiet area. Being able to check in in advance speeded things up when we first got to the hotel.

Nothing, it was all good.

The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated due to the good weather. The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of space.

The chord for the kettle was a bit short, so had to be moved to be used. The layout is a bit restricted due to the age of the building, so be extra careful you don't bash your head.
